“Good value but basic.”
This is a great little studio. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, shower was great. Kitchen is adequate. The location is perfect and it’s exceptionally good value for money. You can walk to lots of restaurants in the centre of town.

“Terrible experience, appalling customer service”
Room had a massive puddle of water from a leaking fridge when we arrived. We were given another room. The next day, we come back to find all our things had been moved back to the room with the leaking fridge WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. We were told that they were doing us a favour by giving us a room without a water puddle in it?? We were also told that the puddle of water was from the rain, did not mention that they addressed the issue, but seemingly thought it was fine to put us back in that room when it was forecasted to rain the next couple of days? NO KITCHEN - It is advertised that there would be a kitchen as part of the common facilities. We were told that the kitchen was ‘not working’. We found out from the other permanent guests at the property that the kitchen had not been available for use for months. When we asked about a refund, they said they will still charge the accomodation tax and daily cleaning fee for the nights that we did not stay even though this were not charges that would have been incurred by them had we checked out immediately. The tax and daily cleaning fee amounted to 50% of the nightly rate we paid.

“It was a very good value for money.”
Despite some low reviews, I have not experience anything bad. The communication with Emma over WhatsApp was efficient and she was responsive. Payment over the link that was sent worked in order nothing being fishy. Room was spotless clean kitchen and utensils were sufficient. The mattress is a foam mattress, good for those who like it. AC was working fine and powerful.

“Great budget stay”
Great value for money, very good air con and comfortable bed. Short stroll into town. We had a big bottle of water in the room which was great to refill our water bottles. Very easy check in.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, comfy, good kitchen and nice outdoor seating. Lots of little local restaurants, shops and market near by. Fantastic dive shop opposite. Short walk to centre of town.

Great facilities. Great location. The doors have electronic combinations rather than keys which means you have one less thing to lose and the no contact check in is straight forward. The free drinking water is a nice touch.

“Another great and affordable stay in Cozumel!”
This is my go-to place to stay in Cozumel. It's affordable and not luxurious, but I don't want luxury—I want a nice, safe place with all the basic amenities. The hosts are wonderfully helpful, which is what makes it stand out even more above other options.
