“Great hotel”
Loverly scenery, great view. Nice pool, lots of activities for kids. The water park is right next to it too, additional charge.

The ambiance here is truly wonderful—the space is clearly well-maintained and creates an inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. There's an impressive variety of dining options to choose from, and the food quality consistently delivers across the menu. “It was good”
It was during Ramadan so the entire hotel was quiet with fantastic ambience. Quality of the food was top-notch except that expect to wait about an hour (common issue in Bangladesh, not specific to this hotel, 99% of the restaurants here are insanely inefficient)

“A pleasant and satisfying stay”
The hotel is quite large with spacious, clean rooms that offer great comfort. Excellent customer service and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying stay.

“Disappointing”
Overall staff were very polite . The water park was good . The spa was good Outside the property looked very pretty at night with cabanas and light s. Food was good except the lack of real fruit juice at breakfast - also the lack of decent coffee . The Indian restaurant was excellent .

“Amazing resort”
Amazing resort, big and spacious with an amazing view, front desk staff kindly upgraded our room to sea view which was nice of them. Breakfast was amazing so much choice and fresh.
