Well appointed with little extras that made for a very comfortable stay. Villas was exceptionally clean and came with everything we needed.

This was our first time visiting Phillip Island from interstate and we are so glad we chose Woodland Retreat. Despite being a small chalet it was so well set up for our family of four. It had everything we needed to self cater, have BBQs, do our laundry, sleep comfortably, and relax in the sitting area or on the deck. The property was clean.and self check in was easy. Having access to the resort facilities was a real benefit for the kids and days we didn't want to cook.

The accommodation was just as nice as the photos and was very well set up for self catering. The hosts have thought of everything, even supplying beach towels. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Phillip Island.

I just loved how big it was. Waking up to all the wildlife. Been able to use their games they left and everything like that.

The property was well furnished and beautiful. Would love to go there again. The staff were good. There were lots of facilities in the property including arcade, gym, heated pools tennis cart, pizzeria and a restaurant.

The photographs of the rooms show exactly what you will get in terms of décor and facilities. The amenities in the kitchen were astounding including basic cooking essentials such as a cruet, cooking oils, professional knives and cleaning products. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer! These are so important when travelling as a family, and an added bonus to not have to use the resort facilities. There was a heater, too, and copious fleece and poly fibre blankets to keep out the cold. The children’s room was wonderful with an IKEA KALLAX unit full of books and age-appropriate games. There was also a television with good quality signal, and WiFi so the children were very happy! Finally, there were also facilities outside for relaxing and dining in the winter sunshine, and the garden was well maintained with native Australian flora such as banksia, princess eucalyptus and kangaroo paw.

There is no heaters in Bed rooms. We stay 5 Adults but only a small milk pocket provided.

Accommodation was perfect for our stay with kids. So much to do at the property let alone the island. Super comfortable and plenty of room. Close to main street of Cowes and activities.would stay again and for longer next time.
