“I feel like I didn’t get anything resolve on the complaint of the bed.”
The staff was very nice and helpful at times and the room was very spacious.The restaurant was very clean the bed was big and I was in a hotel lobby on the outside of my room was clean.

The carpet were dirty, smelled and were ragged at the edges. The host yelled at me and was rough in manners and rude.

loved our king suite. comfortable, clean, quiet. loved rhat the fitness center was open 24 hrs. Kitchen was great with stove and dishwasher!.
