Quiet and tucked away while still being within walking distance of any and all basic amenities you would need. The staff are overwhelming friendly (Aileen especially deserves a mention), the pool is well maintained and poolside specific towels are provided. The parking is plentiful and easy to access and the rooms are fantastic and comfy.

Good location near New Orleans in the Mardi Gra season/ good restaurants nearby. Don's restaurant especially. Safe neighborhood. Easy shopping. clean and tidy.

Well we overpaid by $100 for Friday night stay. I know they had some soccer event in town but we spent Wed-Fri listening to renovations happening at the hotel, saw cutters, lobby in a disaray and could hear the construction while at the pool. The pool was dismal, they need to install a handrail going into the pool and jaquzzi, my husband couldn't use it because he couldn't get in or out. Also need to provide some sort of private screening from the road and tramsnission lines. Booking.com portaryed the are by pictures as being in a quiet area surrounded by greenspace but rather was stuck amongst several low end hotels and retail space. Between this booking, our booking at a later date at this hotel and our booking at Hotel Le Richelieu, we have determined that booking.com uses deceptive proactices on thier sites, we will likely not book through www.bookings.comwebsite again. I feel like bookings.comshould refund us $100 for this stay and $150 for our stay at the Le Richelieu Hotel.

Greasy smelling but nt as greasy smelling as the others, fruit was subpar. We had a biscuit a couple of days and a few pieces of fruit. Luis made the best coffee. The gal at the food area was delightful.

Staff was nice. Hotel was close to everything especially the two movie theaters and right across from an Aldi.
