Wonderful, quiet place for a stay in the Champagne region or as a stop over when travelling through France! Lovely homemade breakfast (great jams) and peaceful forest garden setting. Would stay again!

“Excellent repeat atay”

Sylvie and Bruno greeted us warmly as before and made us feel welcome. We also ate an excellent dinner with our hosts.

We had a wonderful time staying with Sylvie and Bruno. They were friendly and provided excellent breakfast, and the dinner was also delicious. The room was comfortable and very clean. The highlight was eating outside - the view of the garden and birdsong was really peaceful.

Sylvie the loveliest hostess and helpful in every way. Lovely breakfast with variety of breads and preserves, yogurt, juice and delicious coffee. The bed was so comfortable. Quiet setting. Bathroom had everything needed for extended stay. A beautiful rose greeted me for Mothers Day. Sylvie recommended a restaurant in a nearby village that served one of the best meals ever.

This lovely little place is run by a lovely couple. It is cute and comfortable with a cozy homely feel. The room and separate kitchenette and bathroom are for your private use. Parking is secure in their driveway. The house is in a very quiet village amongst champagne vineyards. The best thing about this place is the owner's cooking. She provides France on a plate. Her food is traditional French, especially north France and is beautifully cooked. Her husband provides wonderful wine too. You eat in their dining room or in summer on the beautiful veranda. They leave you alone and so this is not at all awkward. A four course meal cost us 28 euros each but believe me that was NOT unreasonable given the high quality, it really is worth treating yourself. She is able to give you loads of info about the area.

“Perfect overnight stay in champagne country”

We loved the quiet location of this accommodation backing on to a forest on the edge of a village. The room was comfortable, the bathroom had a great shower and to our surprise there was a also mini kitchen area with fridge and microwave and a little table with two chairs, all very well thought out, with everything we needed. After a long road journey we enjoyed sitting out on the spacious terrace listening to the bird song. Sylvie and Bruno were charming, welcoming and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

This was our second stay with Sylvie and Bruno who are very friendly hosts who make you feel welcome. Their spotlessly clean house is situated in a very quiet location on the edge of woodland. The pre-ordered evening meal was again superb, complemented by good wines.

Bruno and Sylvie were very friendly hosts. The breakfast was very stylish and individual - with home made marmelade and bread and very specific dishes. Situated at the end of the village and on the verge of a natural park it is an excellent starting point for excusions into the landscape of the Champagne. And the City of Reims with its famous cathedral is only 15 minutes drive to go.

Beautiful garden to unwind there, the host is making her own wonderful self made jams and towels and candles even. It was a very well thought house in the nature with a great eye to details, loved it!

Very nice location near by route of Champagne and a national park. We requested the breakfast and it was very good. There were several kinds of home made jam, made of seasonal fruits and tasty, you can also buy them. The house is cozy and decorated with a lot of plants and decorations from Nepal. As for the facilities, the bathroom is newly renovated and the bedroom is comfortable to stay. The host couple is very friendly and offers a lot of useful information, we also got a lot of extra things. I think we will come back next summer to hike in the forest and try the summer version jam.
