Booked at at 3 pm for check in at 8 pm. Arriving at the apartment, no bed sheets no towels. It took me 30 min to reach the staff, who told us that we needed to ask for towels and bed sheets 24h before. How is it possible since we booked in the afternoon ? They didn’t try to find a solution for us so we had to sleep on a bed without sheets and couldn’t event shower. What kind of service is this ?
