Set in a 18th-century country house, Le Béguinage offers B&B accommodation in the Loire region, just 33 km from Beauval Zoo. Surrounded by a 1.2-hectare garden, it provides free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Barbecue facilities and bike rental are available on site. “Fabulous!”
This property is absolutely beautiful set in gorgeous gardens. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was simple with fresh local produce but adequate. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay at Le Béguinage and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

“A great base to explore Cheverny and the wider eastern Loire Valley.”
We liked the accommodation as the room was very spacious and had plenty of areas to sit. The room was very quiet at night and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The property is well located within walking distance of the town’s shops and restaurants and the chateau of Cheverny is about a mile away.

Beautiful house with character. On site parking. Easy walk to village with shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to Chateau Cheverny. Lots of cycle routes.

“Beautiful place with attentive hosts”
Wonderful breakfast with the local foods – they have a beautiful room to have breakfast in, really. We felt really welcomed and the hosts were really attentive. The rooms were nice as well. The garden was beautiful. We had a late arrival due to a traffic and the hosts were so kind as helped us.

“Great find”
Great location, nice little town with choice of restaurants. Make sure you take a torch because there are no street lights! Breakfast was all local produce, hosts were lovely.

“Not to be underestimated! Utmost comfort.”
Beautiful property. Make sure to enjoy the exquisite garden. Easy 10min walk to the Château de Cheverny. Extremely kind and welcoming hosts. Enormous two bedroom suite with a giant bathroom with shower. Double sinks. king size bed. Absolutely loved to be welcomed by their adorable wire haired dachshund Oslo (sp?). Good coffee :)

The place is situated in a little town and is managed by a very pleasant host. We got some tips for our trip and had a great stay there. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There's a nice garden with a creek. The room faced the street but it was very quiet since the street is small with almost no traffic. There're few restaurants within 10-15 minutes of walk but they close around 9-10pm. The breakfast was very basic but tasty. It's nice to eat around the same table with other guests. The place has its own parking space in the yard.

Breakfast was good. Croissants excellent. Would have liked some protein other than yoghurt such as boiled eggs or ham.
