“Welcoming & Comforting!!!”
The location is perfect for getting around to the main sights in Council Bluffs and a great location for accessing Omaha too! I stayed here several times when it was the Days Inn and Suites. They certainly have upgraded it and made it much more appealing hotel and still budget friendly which is so important for me. It is clean and the rooms are beautifully remodeled. I love the new Days Inn color scheme-so soothing! The front desk staff are outstanding! I cannot remember their names the one on at my night of arrival and the young lady on the morning shift when I checked out. But they are mother and daughter and they were so kind, thoughtful and caring. I was stuck in the tornado warning in Mound City, MO the night of my check-in. So I phoned the hotel and let them know I wouldn't be arriving until very late; she was so nice and said don't worry just be safe and the room will be here waiting and I knew her caring was sincere just by her genuine tone. The daughter on in the morning when I checked out was so friendly and we had a wonderful conversation after she said you made it! I asked her to thank the lady on the desk the night before and she said that is my mother and she told me about your situation. Then we had a great conversation about the hotel change and the technology upgrades and the area in general. It was a very pleasant and memorable stay! I am planning on coming there again to Council Bluffs in August if things work out and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

“Nice Comfortable stay near CHI Center”
Rooms are huge with 2 double beds. Location is near CHI Center in case you want to attend the Berkshire Hathaway event. Complimentary breakfast and coffee in the morning. Kindly and friendly staff.

“WE WILL BE BACK! 😁”
We loved the location. Perfect spot to travel to the sights of Council Bluffs as well as Omaha. It was quiet, clean,affordable, and very comfortable. The mother/daughter team on staff(Linsey and Stephanie) went above and beyond to make sure our needs and requests were met. They are friendly, polite, and fun to visit with! Breakfast was simple and good. The parking was well lit, and the entire property has 24 hour surveillance system ensuring the safety of their guests. We will return.

“Nice and clean hotel”
Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast. slept in. In any case, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the reception lady was welcoming. I recommend this hotel as I use it as a reference for my traveling. Never disappointed.

Location is good - just a short drive across the bridge into downtown but less expensive than the down town hotels, and easy access as we were coming from the south east. Gas station very close by making it easy to fuel up and get back on the road in the morning.

“Perfect for short stay near attractions.”
Clean room and clean breakfast area. The room was fairly spacious for 4 people. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was near the attractions we wanted to attend.

I was traveling cross country and stayed in several hotels. They had the best breakfast! It was an actual full hot breakfast instead of the fruit and muffins I got at other properties. Big selling point for me!
