“Nice, clean and a spacious place to stay close to Cottbus Centrum”
Nice, clean and spacious property. Host was responsive to messages. Apartment was 8 - 10 mins walk to centrum. Area nearby was nice and looked like a good locality. Overall a nice place to stay. Parking was provided though 2-3 mins walk from the building. We were 2 families with kids but did not have any complaints or anything from the neighbors.

Really good apartment. Everything what we need was there. Great location. The only discomfort was to go between floors (4 floors inside) , but it was mentioned in apartment name and we agreed to it ;)
