“Good value apartment”
Very good value for money, it’s not luxury but fairy new apartment and lovely sea view. Host was quick to respond for request for extra bedding. Main bed comfortable especially for side sleepers, ceiling fans in bedroom And living room. Nice big terrace, there is now metal latches you can put across the door from the inside so no one could get in from outside like the previous review commented on.

A fab property in a great location. Communication with the host was excellent with full check in instructions being sent through. The property was spotlessly clean, modern with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again!

We liked everything. If you walk north along the coast there are many wonderful small beaches (there are several big ones too) amongst the rock pools -- this is a delightful area

Apartment was extremely well appointed, clean, airy and quite substantial. Well located, as was the whole complex, great pools, sunbathing facilities, shops and restaurants very near by as was the beach. Teri was an exceptional host albeit we never actually met, we conversed by phone and nothing was a bother.

“A perfect location for a stay in El Cotillo.”
Location was excellent. The apartment had been recently refurbished and was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely fresh bed linen and towels.
