“Super apartment!”

This is our 4th stay in these apartments. The location is brilliant. It's within easy reach of lovely restaurants and bars and also local and the main supermarket, which has just been extended and upgraded!

I loved the location and the quiet little terrace at the back of the property. Property very well equipped and clean and welcoming in appearance. We didn't cook but you could have done. Nice to have a kettle and good wine glasses. Great to have beach towels and plenty of space so we weren't bumping into each other all of the time. A nice quiet street with parking nearby. Would definitely book again.

Kitchen facilities were quite good, e.g. fridge and freezer, toaster & an oven & hob. Apartment was cleaned to a high standard on arrival. Internet was good. Plenty of coat hangers in wardrobes. Washing up liquid and sponge (although we brought our own)

Spacious apartment for two people. Good cooking facilities, fast Internet - held Zoom meeting with multiple people in the UK, good washing machine and tumble dryer - bring your own detergent, clean, good local shops - supermarkets, French bakery nearby, walking distance to good swimming beach - La Concha,

“Very unfriendly landlord and unhelpful”

I strongly advise against booking this accommodation—nothing but problems. The landlord is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The apartment is anything but quiet. A rooftop washing machine runs nonstop, making it impossible to read or work, especially in the evenings. I needed an invoice but have been chasing the landlord for weeks—without success. He refuses to provide one, despite being required to by booking.com. Now I can’t submit it to the tax office. Also, on the first day, the fire alarm went off. With no ladder available, I called the landlord. He refused to help and told me to remove it myself—a risky task. It was never replaced, so I stayed without a fire alarm the entire time.

“Amazing place to stay at!”

The property is very central, close to bars , restaurants, cafeterias, kids' playground, ocean, beaches, etc. The owner is very helpful and kind. We've received great recommendations, and at the end of our stay we were allowed to delay check-out by few hours. If you come here with car, there's a lot of parking space on the streets around. We have got the high chair and the cote for our daughter. A great place for family with one kid!

We had a lovely holiday in Casa Cotillo. It was central for everything we wanted to do.

Good value for money! The apartment looks like on photos. It was neat and tidy. The check in was super easy. Kitchen was well equipped. There was nice set of towels. There’s the washing machine and the dryer on the top floor (really nice terrace with the view!) I really enjoyed the stay.

It was clean when I arrived and the mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable. Location is perfect! Right in the middle of El Cotillo, though I never had problems with parking my car. The kitchen is well equipped, so folks who like to cook their own meals will be all set!
