“Lovely apartment to view the mountains, the sea and the sunset.”

This apartment is superbly situated on the edge of the village. It's an easy walk to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The coastal path is easy to reach as are several beautiful beaches. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need and included some fruit and other treats in the fridge. Really a help as we had a very late flight. Communication with Leo were first rate however as he runs the garage business on the ground floor he would be easily contactable. The garage has restricted opening hours and we found no noise whatsoever in our apartment from the business once the shutter has gone up at 9:00 am. We really liked the water filter fitted to the cold water supply in the kitchen. So much less effort than plastic bottles and no waste

“Clean & comfortable apartment with a fabulous view”

Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment with an amazing view. Parking was really easy - plenty of free on street parking. Great location - walking distance to everything in El Cotillo. were within Easy check in / check out. Leo was communicative and helpful.

Beautiful south-facing sunny location, with views of sea and mountains. Exceptional standard throughout for comfort and facilities. Owner very kind and helpful when we needed medical assistance. Very spacious with high quality fittings and furniture. Great to have a water filter system, so no need to buy and carry plastic water bottles. Quiet location near to good cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend. We will definitely return!

“Truly an exceptional stay!”

Our stay at this apartment was incredible—one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The breathtaking views, high-quality furniture, and spotless space made everything perfect. Leo, our host, was fantastic: friendly, professional, and always making sure we had what we needed, even recommending the best beaches on windy days and allowed us to check out a few hours later that 12pm. We arrived to fresh fruits, milk, and beer in the fridge, and the beach was just a few minutes away. Truly an exceptional stay!

“Wonderful views and beautiful apartment.”

It was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The welcome fruit and milk etc were very much appreciated. Also the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The best nights sleep in a bed that wasn’t mine and the views incredible. Parking was easy and just a short walk to nice places to eat etc. The cleaners do such an amazing job as there was a lot of sand after our trips to the beach.

“Excelent Apartament”

A wonderful, fully equipped apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. A very pleasant welcome surprise: delicious fruit on the table, water and other drinks in the fridge. I will recommend it to all my friends, and if I ever visit Fuerteventura again, this is the only apartment I would want to stay in.

“Excellent apartment”

Fabulous view. Immaculate apartment with everything you need for a self catering holiday, oven, microwave, coffee machine, all necessary cutlery etc. Bed was very comfortable. Smart tv to login to Netflix etc. Sun loungers and coolbox for the beach. Contact with owner was excellent and they left milk, water and fruit for us when we arrived. I'd definitely stay again if I were to return to El Cotillo

The location, facilities and directions were perfect. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. 5*.

“We will happily return to Cotillo Mar”

We stayed at Cotillo Mar for six nights in early October 2024. It is self-checkin where we retrieve the keys from a box with combination lock. Leo, out host, stocked some fruits, drinks and milk for our arrival. Very nice. Locations: The apartment is facing south, located on the edge of town. It is within five minutes walk to some good cafes, restaurants and supermarkets such as Spar. It is also close to the harbour where swimming is possible, and 15 minutes walk to Piedra Playa, a spectacular white sand beach. Bus station is behind the block and plenty of parking in front of the apartment block. In general, El Cotillo has a relax vibe. Food and coffee are great. Facilities: The apartment is on the first floor, access from a flight of stair. It is stylish and spacious with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms lead to a cosy courtyard open to the sky. The courtyard is great for laundry, brings in air and natural light but keeps the dust out. The living room and kitchen have panoramic view of Piedra Playa and the mountains - a great way to start the day and have a meal.

“Fabulous accommodation with lovely view”

I was so impressed with the high quality of furnishing and decor along with the spaciousness of the flat. There was a fantastic view from the front windows. The host had filled the refrigerator with all kinds of healthy drinks, beer and exotic fruits. There was even a built-in water filter, lovely! I enjoyed the bottle of wine. :) The outdoor private terrace was perfect at night for stargazing (even saw a few shooting stars!). There was a wonderful ventilator that worked at cooling the rooms during the day. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The flat was extremely quiet at night. The location was ideal, close to the beach and shops. The host was always available for any questions. I will definitely be back! :)

The host was super. But it was difficult to understand his Spanish at times.

“A really enjoyable three weeks spent at this apartment in charming El Cotillo”

Newly renovated to a very high standard. incredibly well equipped with everything one could possibly need, spotlessly clean, with lots of storage. We were welcomed by the owner who provided a generous complimentary fruit bowl, wine & beer , a selection of milk & bottled water, coffee & tea . The beds were super comfy-the bed linens & towels were exceptional . it’s a bright, modern 2 bed apartment in a great location with sea views. it has an inner courtyard which was useful for drying off beach towels etc. communication & support when requested with the owner was excellent and we can highly recommend a stay here.

Great view, super equipped apartment, beautifully designed and modern furniture, and also El Cotillo is a great place to stay. We got a nice welcome package - food, water, a bottle of wine. We very much enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!'
