There were lots of extra details thought of - deserving of the 4 stars! Views were incredible, perfect place to sunbathe and swim! We also enjoyed the Saturday morning yoga class. Breakfast was very good. Very useful shuttle service into Garda town - you couldn’t walk this.

Beautifully decorated; thoughtful layout maximising steep hill views across Garda. The room was elegant and practical and the breakfasts provided quality and choice. The staff are lovely. Lunch beside the pool was fabulous.

This was probably our favourite hotel ever. So relaxing, had great pool and spa facilities and was a roll down the hill to Garda. Also, unusual thing to say but it smelled amazing!

Great hotel with good quality food and extraordinary friendly staff. Great view on lake Garda and just a few minutes drive away from it. Major towns easily reachable. Comfortable and seamless clean rooms. Highly appreciate the age 14+ policy which helped to relax in a quieter atmosphere.

“Brilliant all round.”

It’s an absolutely beautiful spot firstly, being only 5-10 mins in car or taxi down to Garda town but it is high enough that you get a brilliant, stunning view of the lake and town. We booked one of the old style classic rooms but the hotel upgraded us for free upon arrival to a newly decorated room which was beautiful and comfortable with everything you may need - plenty of storage and space, safe, ample toiletries, fresh towels and pool towels (I think they were changed daily) and stocked mini fridge (chargeable). Room was cleaned daily and it was done really quickly. Our room had a great view and I suspect that most rooms have an unobstructed view of the lake. We even watched a thunderstorm for a few hours and absolutely loved it. Both pools are lovely and offer a great view again - staff regularly come around to ask if you’d like to order a drink and bring it to your lounger. The hotel was not overly crowded at any point of our stay so there is no issue with finding loungers and no dreaded 7am towel dash! It’s worth mentioning the hotel seemed quite full from what we saw at breakfast and dinner, however, at no point did it feel crowded. It is a lovely quiet spot and the hotel is relaxed and peaceful in general. Staff were all amazing. Really lovely and friendly people who brought their a-game every day despite some of the guests seeming moody haha… The staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to make it a lovely stay. From the views, our free room upgrade, to the excellent fancy restaurant-standard food (we were half-board), plus the wonderful staff and also finding out that we could charge our EV hire car for free - we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate in returning. There are very, very few things to fault if any.

Everything was perfect! From the minute we turned up the staff couldn’t do enough for you! Everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after and the views around the hotel and from the pool are incredible. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had!

Service from the hotel staff from when we arrived to departure was outstanding. Svalka on reception was both incredibly patient and helpful being it was our first time in Lake Garda. Facilities are excellent and always staff cleaning and ever so polite, nothing was ever too much trouble.for them when asked. The room was amazing and views to die for overlooking Garda and the lake, we had upgraded to lake view rooms and they were always well cleaned every day with fresh towels if needed and complimentary robes and slippers which we loved using. Food was of a good standard, the breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. The bar menu was nice and evening meals had plenty of choice and were well cooked. Do take the speed ferry over to Sirmione, it's a beautiful place and boat trips around the locals hotspots are offered there too. Overall, we came for a relaxing weekend to unwind, the hotel was superb, a fantastic location, good food and we got exactly that. Garda is a spot on location with bars, restaurants and nice shops to stroll around and access to other parts of the lake are easily accessible. We loved it !

Staff at the bar were incredible. Super friendly and helpful. Really a credit to the hotel. Hotel was very clean. The pool, restaurant, bar were also lovely. The view of Garda is great but quite far away from the lake, so driving is a must.
