Overview
Housed within an 18th-century farmhouse, built in local rock and stone, the hotel is surrounded by the lush Mediterranean greenery of the Morainic hills of Lake Garda. Set in Costermano, which lies just a few kilometres away from the lake, the hotel was once the homestead of a thriving farm belonging to the noble family of Becelli from Garda. At the end of the 1960's it was purchased by the Ceradini family who continued to run the farm up until the 1990's. Almost all of the food is produced in the farm itself, and throughout the year it is possible to taste the typical dishes of the area. Pasta is handmade and it is served together with traditional sauces to emphasise the genius of simple cooking.

“A pleasant, simple and homely place to stay and eat.”
It felt homely. The staff were attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The room was simple and clean. There was a lift up to our second floor room. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The location was quiet and pleasant.

“Absolutely adorable! Great value for money.”
This is a family owned and run business, which I always prefer over big businesses. The owners were nice, resolved any issue we faced. The property is absolutely clean with charming rooms. The food served is almost all homemade if not all. Breakfast is stunning. It is 12-15 mins from the lake shore at Garda city by car. There is also a bike road next to the property and the lake is 15-20 mins by bike too. Since the whole ground floor is a restaurant, that is open till 22:00, you can expect some murmuring till 22:30. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays.
