Set 2.5 km from the shores of Lake Garda, the Bran & Denise offers self-catering apartments with a TV. This peaceful residence includes 2 outdoor pools, playground and 2 beach volley courts. Apartments at Bran & Denise Residence are bright and modern. Each is fitted with an equipped kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge. All apartments boast a balcony or a terrace. On request, guests have access to a laundry room with ironing facilities. Immersed in 2 hectares of private parkland, the apartments are a 5-minute walk from the village of Marciaga. You will find shops, restaurants and cafés in nearby Garda.

“Great :)”
Beautiful residence! Big area with swimming pool, fields for football and volleyball. Very well maintained! Cozy houses - simple but equipped with all you need. Easy to contact staff and get help if needed. Close to Garda ( by car). If you're interested in winetesting book it in advance ( nice winery within walking distance). I recommend it warmly!

The resort is very nice. There are a lot of facilities. It is reasonably close to Garda city center, but yet in a very quiet and remote area. Large and safe parking area.

“Great placeon Lake Garda”
The resort is big and well organized, has something for everybody. The pool area with the grass around is excellent, It is just as you see iton the pictures. It is a family place vey nice and great for the kids. The therrace was huge with nice view on the pool area and the appartment very comfortable with all ammenities you'll need. Also is a good point to go to Gardaland 30min and Garda which is great and only 5min with a car.
