Great location, nice swimming pool, easy going owner.

I liked literally everything. It's hard to find any flaws because the price/quality ratio is very good. The only thing that confused me a bit was the address. Google Maps shows a slightly different building, so I'll leave the coordinates of the entrance to the house here: 28.0097566, -16.6419345 or 2955+W64 Costa del Silencio

Nice place with comfortable facilities - underground parking, swimming pool, great view from balcony, very close to the ocean, some shops and supermarkets nearby. The territory is clean and green. There is a football field at the territory.

Excellent location and plenty big enough for 4 adults,

The location is just great, Costa Silencio is a calm little city with a variety of restaurants and supermarkets close to apartmanet. To go to ocean beach it only takes max. 10min walk, but the beach is for better swimmers, there are bigger waves :-) but it´s very nice even only sit there. Black sand beach can be found very close in Las Galletas (about 30min walk or 5min by car). The pool is very nice and is accessible only for residents, so there are not much people and we could use sunbeds available at the pool. It was accessible 10-22 and after 22 there was quiet and calm, so it was super nice to sit on balcony and enjoy. Parking is inside the building. Apartment has almost everything we needed and is really very close to airport (about 15min by car). We were very glad we could stay there a bit longer (not leaving flat at 11) because of our afternoon flight, that was very helpfull. We enjoyed our stay very much and will miss this nice place. And thank you for a bottle of spanish wine :-)!
