“An excellent and well-appointed apartment with a large heated pool”

This apartment is clean, modern, spacious and extremely well appointed with everything you might need during your stay, including 2 large TVs with streaming access, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, espresso coffee maker, food liquidizer, lots of crockery, stainless steel pans and kitchen utensils for cooking, etc. Plus plentiful cleaning products, dishwasher and laundry tablets, refuse bags, etc. And lots of useful supplies in the bathrooms too. Also a welcome food and wine parcel when we arrived. This level of thought and detail by the owners is unusual and very welcome. The beds were modern and comfortable, though one had a few missing slats underneath. Access to the large heated (27 degrees) pool in the complex was another huge plus. It was never crowded and we swam happily every day, in the middle of winter. Security in the complex is good with gated access and inside parking. The development is prosperous and well maintained.

Good size and everyone was comfortable! The kitchen was full of appliances and a span stove. The pool area was great and in less then a minute walk away. The host was weary helpfull and recommended many good places in the neighborhood

“Where perfection meets expectations”

Extremely spacious, wonderful design, clean and absolutely perfect for my family. Owner was more than nice to wait for us upon check-in, because our flight was diverted to Tenerife North and we arrived at 11 pm at the location. He greeted us with a smile and showed us around. If/when we will return to Tenerife, we’ll first look for this suite if it’s available.

“A perfect apartment with all you need for a nice holiday”

The contact with the owner worked perfectly well, and we were met by a house keeper at the gate. We liked the local food, wine and other things, that were there to a start - thanks to the host. The apartment is beautiful and has all you need for our long stay. We like to prepare our own food, and therefore we enjoyed all the equipment in the kitchen. The bed is really comfortable with a medium hard mattress. There is a lot of towels and toiletries, and it works perfect with the washing machine and the dryer. The pool is great, clean and heated. We got at lot of information from the owner about restaurants in the neighborhood- very good places in walking distance. We had a car, and Costa Silencio is a perfect place for trips around the Island. There are a lot of Flights during the day, but you get used to it and inside the apartment, it’s totally silent.

The apartment was excellent, very spacious, clean and well decorated. The host met us personally to hand the keys and show around the property. He gave us very good suggestions for things to do around the place. The property is within gated area, with sufficient parking space. The pool was nice, with water temperature being kept around 26°C. The amenities prepared by the host were very thoughtful and nice touch to the whole experience. The kitchen is well furnished and have all utensils. The espresso machine was not expected and made my day (coffee lovers will understand). There are active few streaming services on the TV and you can watch it even from the terrace. They gave us flexibility on the check in and check out time, so I recommend to contact the host if any requests. Close by is Las Galletas, it takes approximately 15 minutes walking, through a very scenic track alongside the sea. There is bus stop right outside the complex.

Perfect to stay in our holiday. Everything was there. 3 Bed rooms were very comfortable. I enjoyed every evening to ee the sunset at the terrace. It was really beautiful moment. Garden view but you can see the see on the left side also. Back door. You can walk out to seethe fantastic view. Supermarket, Restaurants You can reach by on foot absolutely Watching the Netflix is also good option for end of the day. Highly recommendation!
