It was a nicely looking apartment but very long walking distance to the city center.

- The shared swimming pool is very nice - The apartment is spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. - With a car, the location was perfect for us. Additionally, parking was very convenient, as we could park right in front of the building.

The room itself was decent and comfortable. The AC worked efficiently, which was a big plus. Parking was conveniently located right near the entrance. The pool was good — not heated, but it served its purpose perfectly after a long day in the mountains or at the beach. It felt a bit like a refreshing winter swim! The grilling area is a great perk, providing the perfect setup to prepare a delicious dinner.

The apartment was lovely, very comfortable and with everything we needed. It felt secure and private behind its big heavy gate! The pool area was very attractive and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds, although there were very few people there during our stay. We have stayed in loads of apartments in lots of different countries but have never experienced check-in via WhatsApp before. However. communication with Andy was very efficient - he even sent us a photo of the property so we knew what it looked like! This was much appreciated as it was dark when we arrived. Overall we were happy with our stay.

This was my 3rd stay at Lox Moxaicos in just over a year. Beautiful, quiet location with easy access to Cost del Silencio and Las Galletas and a good bus service if you want to go to Las Americas, Los Cristianos and other parts of the island.

Loved warm pool and sun bed area .apartment was very different but had everything you needed except a toaster. Shop for food a short walk away and local cafe opens Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 19.00 with menu of the day very cheap.

The apartment was lovely but the taxi driver had a problem finding.I think therre should be someone on the premises at some point every day.We had problems with our phone and couldnt contact anyone easily.When Carlos came he was lovely.Our kitcchen sink would not empty and then it wouldnt fill with water.The bathroom is very good and suitable for disabled people.The shower seat needs a good scrub because of mould which is only seen when pulled down Some plugs work and some do not.Overall the setting is beautiful but trees need attention.Some instructions on how to uses the hob would be useful.Overall the place was in a nice setting and very privateAttention to matters I have stated would make it perfect

As we had a car, the location was ideal to reach many of the main tourist areas and beaches. Parking near the property was easy and always available.

The flat was very spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was kind and always available. The pool was warm and perfect for a late afternoon soak. We found great restaurants in the area, tastier and cheaper than in the more touristy areas

“Tranquil oasis”

Location handy for me whilst visiting family. For those wanting to be in the thick of things not so much. But a half hour easy stroll would have you arrive in las galletas. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The sofa is really uncomfortable and in need of replacement and I did miss being able to lounge comfortably there at times. The shower is great in a spacious room and I didn’t otherwise need any more utilities than were provided. I love this place because of the calm beautiful grounds. It’s peaceful, tranquil, relaxing. Just had a lovely feel about it. Staff handing over keys and any staff working on housekeeping in other properties while I was there were all very friendly.

A lot of space, cozy apartment with nice equipment (kitchen, TV, hair dryer, washer). Quite good location - near south airport and Los Cristianos. Few park places next to the road (in front of the fence).

A really cozy and comfortable place. Best suited for shorter vacations for customers who drive, of course you can also take buses (470) to Los Cristianos and from there to activities. We were there for 4 weeks. I was surprised when the cleaner didn't come even once during that time. I've never had to wash towels and sheets myself on vacation! However, the apartment had a wonderful swimming pool and barbecue facilities, which made up for the cleaning effort.

“Fun, kooky place to stay as an easy base to explore the island of Tenerife far and wide.”

Thé building is kooky and unique. The apartment itself is pretty spacious and it was nice to have a kitchen to make breakfast everyday before we went out. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is very necessary. We had a hire car because we intended to do a lot of exploring but if you didn’t have any transport the location could be difficult. The host who checked us in was very friendly and professional. I would recommend being prepared and bringing a stash of toilet paper and some extra bottles of water, plus your own laundry detergent if you need to wash anything.

“Perfect stay in a perfect area”

This was my 2nd visit here this year and will be returning in a couple of months. Excellent location, excellent facilities including shower seat which is essential for me and easy access to nearby shops, beach and a couple of local towns. I use a mobility scooter and these areas are no more than 25 minutes away. I have been going to the area for 12 years and this is the best accommodation that I have stayed in

The apartment complex is set back from the main road and isn’t easy to realise it’s there The apartment itself was spacious, clean and with good facilities and within a mile of Costa del Silencio and Las Galletas town centres. I, especially, liked the shower seat as I have mobility issues and made it so much easier. I have been to Silencio many times since 2011 and this was, unquestionably, the best accommodation I’ve stayed in.

The hospitality was beyond expectations. Whatever questions I had, I was helped right away. The accommodation was very clean and foreseen of all necessities to make it a pleasant stay. I felt very welcome and I would definitely come back some day. It is a safe and comfortable complex, with a lovely atmosphere and free parking at the front gate.
