I was pleasantly surprised with a good size of the flat. The flat is very light, modern with the air-con. Living room is spacious with big comfy sofa, a big TV and modern decor. Bedroom has a super king size bed, a comfy mattress, built-in wardrobes and TV as well. Big bathroom had a complimentary toiletries. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need (coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, fridge and more). There is a balcony with a modern rattan furniture: 2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a small table. You won’t find a better view!!! The balcony is south - east facing, so you will see the sunrise every morning and to the left you can see the mountains. There is also a big swimming pool accessible for residents at the back of the house. The flat is very quiet and secured. There is a security guard sitting at the entrance door. The are off street parking spaces available if you hire a car and good restaurants and corner shops nearby in walking distance. Luigi was very helpful and recommended us a few places with good food.

Fully furnished apartment . The place is lovely, clean, and comfortable. The lovely furnished balcony has a breathtaking view of the sea . Proper kitchen, spacious living area and stunning views . Big bed , king size! The apartment is located in a quiet area, we had no problems. The complex has a beautiful pool and a well-kept garden and We're on a cliff with the sea far below. Great Holiday !

“Stunning”

We love this house, and we love it every time we stay! Even when you're inside, you feel like you're right on the beach, the kitchen has everything you need, the bedroom is comfortable. Everything is always super clean and the experience is what we're looking for in a relaxing vacation. Also magnificent terrace overlooking the sea for a breakfast in full relaxation. Below the house is beautiful promenade leading to the Playa Amarilla. Thank you!

10/10 This place was an absolute joy. The family was extremely friendly and really well with comunicating with me. View was absolutely beautiful. The pool was very nice and well kept up with. A lot of room for me and my wife Mia. we had everything we needed.

What we appreciated the most: the cleaningless of the apartment, the bed , large and comfortable, the very large TV screen in the lounge, the sofa, large and comfortable, the calm , the extraordinary swimmingpool, the proximity of the bus stations and the grocery stores. We also appreciated that someone was there to welcome us when we arrived, and guided us to the apartment.

Wonderful place to stay in Tenerife. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. Apartment tastefully decorated. There is complete kitchen ant balcony with a view to the ocean and amazing sunrise. Very silent place to stay. There are nice paths for walking near ocean. Our family is very happy for choosing this apartment.

-very friendly, hospitable, helpful, cheerful and kind hosts’collaborator Luigi, who welcomed us, showed us everything important and took care of us all the time, asking if we really had everything we needed - thank you very much 😊 – also to hosts Valeria and Alessandro, who were in contact with us by e-mail before and after our stay and provided us with relevant information 😉 -very nicely furnished, equipped and clean apartment on 4-th floor with large balcony and beautiful view of the ocean and mountains with the Pico del Teide -although there are many apartments it is very quiet at night -very nice, large and uncrowded swimming pool (with pool bar) within the apartment complex (2 sunbeds for exclusive use provided) -no problem to find a parking space -in the hall on the ground floor there is an automatic machine for refilling drinking water at an attractive price -apartment complex next to the ocean promenade and walking distance 5 min. to the charming Montaña Amarilla - close to the TF1 motorway (approx. 8 km), fast approx. 20 min. access to the airport Tenerife Sur, good location for exploring the island We'd definitely like to come back to CASA AURORA RESIDENCE BALCON DEL MAR in the future 😊!
