“Such a great place”

Such a surprise to find these beautifully and tastefully decorated apartments. It was cool and welcoming after a hot bike ride. Fabien was accomodating and in contact with us to make sure that we were comfortable and had a breakfast order. It was a real treat to have breakfast on the private patio.

Breakfast provided was SUPERB and presented in bespoke tins. Very easy location to get to and then park, and very central to town. Wonderful decor and all aspects catered for, especially if you wanted to cook meals for yourself.

We stayed in this penthouse and fell in love with it from the very first moment. 🧡 The apartment is bright, cozy, and thought through down to the smallest detail – from the dishes and textiles to all the little everyday things that people usually forget about, but here everything is already there. A special highlight is the terrace/balcony: in the morning you can enjoy your coffee with a view, in the evening a glass of wine in complete peace and quiet. It doesn’t feel like a typical rental place, but more like staying at good friends’ home. Everything was perfectly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and all the appliances worked flawlessly. The area is quiet, yet everything you need is close by – supermarkets, cafés, public transport. Getting to the city center is easy. We would especially like to mention the hosts: very attentive, quick to respond to messages, flexible with requests, and they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. That’s rare to find nowadays. We would be absolutely happy to come back and can warmly recommend this penthouse to anyone who is not just looking for a place to sleep, but a place to truly relax and feel at home.

Very central, clean and super comfy bed. Our room had a full kitchen, but we went to the excellent nearby pizza place. Tasty and filling breakfast delivered to door. Really easy communication with host. We were able to store bikes in secure courtyard overnight, which was great.

“Perfect base to visit the Sancerre region”

Very nice one bedroom apartment with a small terrace. It has a small kitchen with basic equipment, a separate bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable. Only the living room has AC. Place was very clean. Manager is super friendly and very responsive. The breakfast options is a nice add-on. Location is central to the village. Close to some restaurants and a good starting point to visit the Sancerre region

We were passing through and stayed for one night in the Tokyo apartment. Fabien very kindly turned on the air conditioning in advance, we were very grateful for this, as it was terribly hot at the time. For breakfast there was delicious farm yoghurt and jam. Very comfortable and cozy apartment, highly recommended!

“Bright airy and spotlessly clean apartment. Had a wonderful stay”

Easy to find, and no problem checking in. The apartment was bright airy and spotlessly clean. We parked by the river which is a two minute walk away. The town itself is lovely and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful countryside and neighbouring villages. We really appreciated Fabien’s little touches - tea coffee, and some lovely home made soap. Communication with Fabien was fantastic. Thank you so much. We loved our stay

Lovely comfortable apartment. Fabien was an excellent host and make us feel very welcome with good communication on the day of our arrival and non-intrusive checking in with us during our stay. Our apartment had everything we needed for our stay and the apartment close to a good selection of restaurants literally on the doorstep. The market on Sunday is 2 minutes away.
