“tutto perfetto”
Large clean apartment on the eighth floor. In a new building with restaurants and laundry. 5 minutes walk to the city center. Great view of the city from the balcony, the apartments have everything we need. And thanks to the friendly host Andrea for always being in touch. We are stayed really well in your house.

“The best recommendation for staying in Cosenza”
One of the best b&b I’ve ever stayed. First of all its owner Andrea was incredibly kind and flexible. At the last moment I had to change my plan and he changed my booking without extra charges. He was always in touch, offered to pick me up from the station. So, then I got the apartment and it was surprisingly even better than on the photos. It’s very huge, with an amazing view on the city, fully equipped with all the necessary staff. The most important for me is a clean house and unfortunately hardly ever I can stay at the places which can satisfy me by its cleanliness. So, this one definitely did it. The place was very, very clean. And location is perfect also if you travel by car, it’s very easy to find a parking space. The city center is just a few steps from the apartment. I definitely recommend this place when you stay in Cosenza.
