“A quirky yet perfect apartment for a group/ family with kids.”
Old but gold, apartment on the outskirts of town, that was perfect for our group. It has little quirks, that others could dislike, but honesty in reality these are minor things. The whole apartment was clean and tidy. The shower was nice a power and hot. The tv area was cosy for films. There was all amenities for cooking and a lovely big dining table.

“Worst experience of my life”
One of my friend was locked in the washroom for 40 minutes. They didn't had any means to take him out. They called the fire department and they freed him. Due to this issue we missed our bus. We asked the staff to please arrange a taxi or give us fare for the next ticket but they denied. They said the best thing we can do is to offer you night stay if you pay 150 euros, which was 2 miles hike from the city center. They didn't let us talk to the manager or any other person. We booked out ticket for the next morning and we asked the least to let us stay in the guest room but thay kicked us out from there also. So we booked a new accomodation and ticket ourselves. Thanks for this very convenient experience.

Easy, but going to a hotel in the middle of town defies the point of getting an apartment. Clean rooms although some seals in kitchen are dirty.

Nothing. You have to check the comments under « Hotel Aquila in Cortina D’ampezzo » to really understand who you deal with. Nothing is good, the location seems a little bit old on the pictures but it’s in reality really old, creepy and not at all welcoming. Only bonus point is that I forgot my airpod pros and they sent them through courrier I paid 24 hours later.
