The staff are so attentive they cannot do enough and nothing is ever a problem rooms are luxurious and are kept immaculately clean the buffet breakfast has an enormous choice with table service we also visited the spa which was all included 👏 in the price

The location of the hotel is exceptional and the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The arrangement with the car and Skiroom was very good. The service of the room was excellent as well as the staff in the morning in the breakfast room.

“Cozy 5 star excelence for families!”
Top location at the entrance of cortina easy access by car and easy for the ski school ballet to pick us up to the slopes. Super kids friendly! During Christmas they had many festivities singers, Santa giving gifts. Really good food, enjoyed the BBQ that the restaurant offers. Really good service! I regret not worrying this review earlier as I forgot the names of the people who work there. All really helpful and professional! Paolo the concierge really top on my list! Big thank you to everyone. And see you next year

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Savoia. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. The location was great - 5 mins walk from the city center (shops, restaurants). Nice gym, pool and spa. Great food especially the outdoors grill.

“Unbelievable!”
The properly was excellently presented and the staff were exceptional. We were celebrating a birthday and they pulled out all the stops to make them feel brilliant. They remembered from the morning and presented a strudel and candle at night when we were enjoying a few drinks. I couldn’t fault a single thing about the stay from the facilities to the staff. Will definitely recommend and stay again
