“An above average self-catering residence in a good location”
i liked the outdoor patio with table and chairs. Interior had a desk and chair. Kitchen area had a microwave and fridge which i used. i didn't use the cooker or kettle. Washing-up liquid was available. on-site car parking available

“Superb!”
Just perfect! Having read some less than kind reviews we were a little nervous to be staying here! But they could not be more wrong. Superb staff who were incredibly hard working and considerate, the accomodation itself was faultless. Cool air on, comfy bed, a basic kitchen with cooker, fridge and utensils. We loved our outdoor seating area. Just fantastic, cannot recommend enough!

We were only two people, so the space was nicely big. (For 4 people it would be crowded... ) The kitchen is nicely equiped and cooking went easy. The room was quiet at night, but because it is on the street to vallée de Restonica, there are loud motorcycles from early morning on. We were confused as to where we had to pick up the key. Well, you do that at the main reception of the adjoining hotel (Résidence Restonica).

“Not good value for money”
For some reason we were not able to pay for our stay by card which felt a little off. The property was very expensive and the layout was strange. We were informed we had to pay extra as there were two beds in our property and two of us. We only wanted one bed. The bedside lamp was broken into pieces and the bathroom flooded.

“Convinient, well located and well fitted.”
Location is superb for land tours and is a very quite place. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well fitted.

“Stay away from this place!”
I have never been treated so bad in a hotel or other accomodation before. The lady at reception treated us really bad from the first moment. The room was not ready at check in time and we had to wait one extra hour in the heat. After waiting 1 extra hour we entered the room and one of the beds was still undone. The same lady at reception was originally asking for us to pay the whole bill in cash and we had to fight to get her to accept a bank transfer. Sincerely recommend not chosing this accomodation.

The location is great for hiking and with easy access to the city. The accomodation is extremely nice with everything you need at hand.
