This family run hotel exceeded my expectations! Even before the stay, the host Stefania texted me to inform about possible noise due to a wedding planned in a nearby restaurant. I found it very nice and thoughtful. She was very helpful with sharing tips on restaurants and experiences in the region, offering her help with making bookings. The room was very clean, bed linen was marvelous. Breakfast was big, homemade and amazing. The highlight was the hosts Stefania and Enrico who were very warm and friendly, helping with everything you may need. Their B&B and the farm is super nice and great for a relaxing stay.

I recommend this amazing destination and a lovely guesthouse with friendly atmosphere. Everywhere is clean, nothing is missing. Homemade breakfast is of the best quality. Stefi&Enrico take good care of their guests.

Nowhere have I been were everything was perfect

My stay was very well and relaxing.Very nice place with wonderfull surroundings,garden with fruits,hills,only few minutes drive to the lake.The host young couple took care of me,like I was at home,made delicious breakfast from local food,including home made cakes.They really love,what they do and this it reflects their very nice BB. If I will have achance,I will come again.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home. Incredibly clean, lovely B&B, perfect hosts!

A comfortable room and a wonderful home made breakfast. The hosts are really nice and make you feel welcome. The place is located in a small village, not far from Lago d'Iseo. Easy to explore the lake and Franciacorta area if you have a car in use.

Perfect location near Brescia. Stefania is the best host ever! She is very friendly and helpful, she pointed us to excellent restaurants, told us where to go and what to see. We even got some discount for golf course 😀 We are definitely coming back to Franciacorta!

We had a wonderful stay at la terrazza! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, homemade and very tasty. Everything was clean, and the view was lovely. There was a parking place, and space to sit in the garden. Iseo is also quite beautiful. I definitely recommend the stay!

La Terrazza sulle Vigne is a truly exceptional place to stay, with impeccably clean accommodations in a stunning location by Lake Iseo. We stayed as a group of four across two rooms and were thoroughly impressed. The hosts are incredibly dedicated, always available to assist with almost any need, and have excellent knowledge of the local community and activities, making them particularly helpful in planning your stay. The breakfast is simply outstanding, featuring a wide variety of fresh items from their garden, including fruits, vegetables, and eggs. New variety of delicious homemade cakes every morning. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This was the sweetest B&B we ever visited: the owners are so lovely and they pay a lot of attention to details and to make the host staying the comfiest and the most enjoyable. Breakfast, prepared by Stefania and Enrico, exceeded our expectations. We are happy to have stayed here and can recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed and welcoming place!

“Welcoming, relaxed and informal in a beautiful setting”

Stefaniia and Enrico and her wider family were all so welcoming and helpful, making our three night stay. Steffi’s suggestion for dinner were all excellent, and her tips on where best to visit on Lake Iseo spot on.

Steffi was the nicest host, super friendly and supportive 😊 we had a lovely breakfast the next day with a lot of homemade and super tasty food! The room was super clean, modern and comfortable. We will definitely come and visit again!! Grazie Mille!
