We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It looks even better in reality than in the photos. The villa has everything you need, and is a really nice place to stay with family and friends. Outdoors you have access to a playground for the kids, pool, barbecue, multiple places to sit and relax, a large lawn for playing football etc. Inside is a fully stocked home with everything you need, all very clean and fresh. We stayed during nice weather so spent most days outside, but you have plenty of space and activities inside, so a stay during bad weather or even during the winter would still be nice. The host, Jelena was super helpful during our entire stay. She helped us we tips for local restaurants and wineries to visit. Even helped us with booking tables and taxis :) She was also very helpful with finding a good doctor on short notice when I broke my leg, visiting Novi Sad The villa is located a little outside Sremski Karlovci, a cozy town to have dinner or visit different wineries. In about 15 minutes by car, you get to Novi Sad. The surrounding area has a lot of really nice places to visit, so even though it is not in the city center, it is easy and not a long drive to plenty of places. We would highly recommend this for any group visiting Serbia!

Great hostess! Super friendly. Nice house, lot of space, clean and spacious pool and everything available in the house like towels, spices, clean sheets, water, … the kids also liked the game-room a lot.

hospitable hostess, nice big house with billiards, sauna and grill. I liked the large, clean pool, the water was always warm, both at night (the water was illuminated by a pleasant light) and in the morning. The child liked the playground. The gates on the street open only from the inside, there are security cameras. It's great that there are no neighbors nearby, and no one looks over the fence and complains about the music

Great place with everything you need, barbecue in the garden, children playground, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and air hockey+pool table. There is also spa area with sauna and jacuzzi, outdoor pool looks great for summer. Land lady is very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! 10/10 would recommend 😁

House is filled with detail to the point of it being impressive. There is a pool table as well as an air hockey upstairs in the large space for hanging out. Furniture is super comfortable, there is a lot of sleeping space and everything was nice and tidy. There is also a space for barbecuing outside. Didn't get to try out the pool since it was winter but I am planing on returning in the summer.
