I WASN’T GOING TO RESPOND BUT AS YOU HAVE ASKED, IT IS SHABBY, IN DESPERATE NEED OF REDECORATION, PLUS CURTAIN RAIL NEEDS FIXING AND NEEDS A NEW TOILET AS SEAT TILTED. THERE WAS DOGS MESS IN THE BACK GARDEN. BUT WE DID LIKE THE ROOF TOP AREA AND THE LOCATION IS GREAT. IF IT WAS COMPLETELY RENOVATED PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WILL COME BACK.

We stayed the last week in February. The location was great as central but also quiet. The apartment was very nice and well equipped if you wanted to eat in. Loved the private roof terrace for sunbathing and relaxing. Was great as sunny and warm all week. Only short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice and secure small complex and would definitely go again. Yula was very helpful for an easy check in and quick to reply if we needed anything.

We have stopped at the NÁUTICO a few times due to the location of the apartment being very central and an apartment that fully meets our needs. It is in a quiet location, parking near by, close to the older part of Corralejo and a pool, even though it wasn’t very warm, but it was March, but we still managed a swim. We noticed that the outside was recently repainted, which brightened up the outside area.

The apartments are in a great location. Good to have a swimming pool (although too chilly to get in on our trip). Good to have security gate onto properties. 5 apartments which is just right. Nice to have upstairs terrace too. Yuly very helpful.

“Absolute heaven, just what I needed”

Walking in immediately thought how clean and inviting the grounds were. Lovely pool with comfy loungers. The beds are great with nice pillows. Good quality products provided for shower and nice coffee left. The private terrace with outdoor shower was a dream. Not overlooked so felt really relaxed Great location. Close to everything but far enough away to not hear any noise from the main road I’ll be back

Everything was perfect. The only improvement would be comfort of the beds as they are not very comfortable for more that. Couple of night. Too thin and hard a mattress. We still would recommend as everything else perfect.

Clean quiet property close to the main strip but very quiet. Did not hear any noise at night or early morning - would definitely book again. Private roof terrace was ideal as my partner and I aren’t early risers and the rush for a sunbed is a big bugbear for us.

I stayed here last year and was happy to book again. It is in a good location, central but quiet. There is a private roof terrace. There is a powerful shower with lots of hot water. Drinking water is provided, which is a bonus.
