“Completely exceeded all expectations.”

I booked five nights for my birthday and couldn’t be more satisfied. Extremely nice staff despite the non-stop service they provide, all genuinely warm people taking care of guests at all stages. The all-inclusive deal actually includes all meals + snacks, drinks and coffees by the pools, covering the whole day. The variety of options helps you select what works for you, whether you prefer something freshly cooked or pre-made. Considering how much food they provide at all stages of the day and the price we paid, I think it was all more than decent and such a treat to have it all organised for you. The facilities, which are mentioned a lot in these comments, were also more than ok. I understood that it gets very windy on the whole island so taller buildings looks inevitably a bit worn out. Although we found beautiful pools, nice shared areas, terraces and clean restaurants all around the resort, all with stunning views of Corralejo’s natural reserve. The location alone is priceless. For two people we had a whole apartment in the annex which was big and functional, with two sofas and double exit on two terraces. On the day of my birthday they left a note with a bottle of prosecco and some chocolates which I found so unexpected, plus they cleaned the place and changed beddings/towels everyday without us asking. Honestly everything exceeded my expectations big time.

Friendly well trained, and polite staff. The food was excellent, well presented, and lots of variety of food. Entertainment team, and shows were very good. Cleanliness of the hotel, rooms, and public areas. Including restaurants and bars. This hotel is a credit to the management and their teams, for the hard work they put in behind the scenes. keep up the fantastic work. I will definitely return again soon.

Locacation was stunning, staff were welcoming and were very helpful in particular the pool bar staff. Food breakfast loved everything, lunch usually just got ice cream and dinner was delicious, good choices never got tired of it.The hotel in general was fabulous.

The overall stay at the hotel was ok- the staff are very friendly and are working very hard, the food was very nice, basic but nice, the entertainment was very good, but the hotel itself is very dated, and it could do with a fresh lick of paint, and definitely new carpets, as the ones in the hotel now are very bad. The lift could also use an update; it's very slow, and there are only two lifts. Sometimes getting around the hotel (up and down) was very tricky and busy.

The location would have been perfect if they also had some bikes to rent and or scooters for people to go to Carralejo, even though there are buses, it would have been easy and in high season might be more difficult to go around without a car or transport, unless you want to lay on the beach all day or walk around. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The proximity to the beach during the day and Corralejo, if desired, at night.I have enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was my third visit since February 2025.
