From start to finish this was a fantastic hotel! Arrived early to get a glass of prosecco while we waited for our room to be ready. Staff at reception were lovely!!! They held our bags while we looked around the local shops and rang us when our room was ready! The room was AMAZING! Coffee machine/tea available and they gave me a bottle of prosecco and a box of chocolates in the room for my birthday! Bed was super comfy, bathroom was huge and the balcony had a view of the ocean and loungers too! Super close to the music square and all the shops! Breakfast was beautiful too! Typical buffet style which is ideal! We didnt use the pool or have dinner in the hotel so can't comment on that but would 100% come back!

I had a truly delightful stay. The room was generously sized, impeccably maintained, and exceptionally comfortable, offering a charming first-floor pool view. The breakfast selection was of high quality, and the welcome drink added a refined, thoughtful touch upon arrival. The hotel’s contemporary design is both elegant and inviting. Its location is exceptional—perfectly positioned just steps from the main shopping promenade and a short stroll from the beach. The reception team was particularly warm, helpful, and attentive.

The hotel is literally beside everything. Beach walk down the street which has restaurants. The Main Street outside the hotel has everything you could need from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars as well as good entertainment.

Lovely air conditioned room with large, comfortable bed and balcony. Large bathroom. Small fridge provided. Excellent food available for breakfast. Evening meal starters and desert choices were lovely, main meal was a bit hit and miss. Plenty of sunbeds and shades available around good size pool.

The room itself, the staff and the whole ambiance is great. The food was pretty good and plentiful. The main concern we have is that the air conditioning is totally inadequate. The staff sent a technician to the first room we were in that we could not get below 27 C during the day. Eventually they changed us to another room which was marginally better at 26 degrees. Once the sun went down and the building cooled off it was sufficient to allow us to sleep, just. This would be enough to prevent me from booking this hotel again, lovely staff and facilities notwithstanding.

Rooms are a great size, staff always friendly and helpful, breakfast is great to lots of variety. Everywhere is very clean.
