The check-in time is 3 pm, however, after going to the hotel at 6.30 pm, they said the room is not ready yet. Moreover, the pool was closed for maintenance which they didn't mention prior to booking. The most disappointing thing was regarding the breakfast. The breakfast was frok 6.30 am to 9.30 am. We went at 8.50 am and the lady there said there are no food for the breakfast and they won't refill it also. There was only 2 breads and a lot of the guests didn't get the breakfast. It is not at all expected from Holiday Inn. They should have refilled the breakfast at least till 9.15 am. I lived in many Holiday Inn Express Suites, but never faced anything like this. I was so disappointed.

“We a family of three adults are happy with our stay and would come back.”
Staffs (Julia, Alyssa and Raul) are very nice and accommodatimg. Centrally located to places we want to visit: beaches, shops, restaurants. The hotel breakfast is good and has lots of options. Beds are comfortable and TV entertainment is above average.
