“Very welcoming and comfortable stay!”
Beautiful beach outside the property. Virginia made great breakfasts every morning. She was very understanding when we could not make the first night of accomodation. The place was always very clean, she came in and made our bed each day. It was a very comfortable stay - the best we have had in Nicaragua so far!

“Lovely friendly place with everything you need.”
Virginia is a stellar host (and her business partner, whose name I can't remember!) Their breakfast is one of the best we had during a month in Nicaragua, and we felt totally at home. The beach is just over the road, and everywhere is easily accessible – Virginia helped us book taxis and translate. Our room was really comfortable, good aircon, nice bathroom and relaxed communal area. We'd happily stay here again.

Virginia and Georgia, who own the place, are so lovely and helpful. The room was the best finished room we have stayed in so far in Nicaragua. The design and furnishings were lovely. The outside seating areas are also great. They allow luggage storage and let us use the fridge, too. We also had a TV ... not that you need one when you have the ocean a few feet away with a great sunset to watch. We found enough places within walking distance to eat and a supermarket too. The reef doesn't give the best snorkelling, but we saw enough to keep us entertained for a few swims

“Excellent stay”
Room was very clean and you have everything you need: warm water, soap, shampoo, air con, super comfy towels. There’s a nice terrace and garden to relax at the end of the day. The beach is across the road or 15 min walking to Arenas Beach. Owner is a very friendly lady, she arranged breakfast for us as we arrived at her place at 8am. Breakfast was excellent, milk and coconut bread especially were delicious.

“Perfect place to stay on Big Corn!”
The staff here are so lovely, friendly & helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect. There are electric bikes and scooters to rent for a really reasonable price. The room was comfy.

We have been here for 4 nights in total and it has been super nice. The hotel is just in front of a white and beautiful beach. They offer also a cool spot where to stay and take the sun, watch the sunset... The rooms are large and super clean. They pass tl clean each day. The owners, two wonderful women, are SUPER. They help you in everything and...they cook super well. A part from breakfast, which is included, we had a wonderful dinner. We really push you to go there! We will miss Sunset!

Virginia is a very nice host. She communicated with before my arrival, i got a great breakfast. The property is very well maintained. Location is perfect, just on the beach. She has ebikes and scooter to rent. I felt like home. Thank you!

This place definitely exceeded our expectations and the pictures do not do it justice! Sunset by B&B is right in front of one of the nicest beaches in Big Corn. It is close to the harbor and also near different restaurants. Right next to it is a bar/restaurant with delicious food! The host of the B&B was so friendly and even offered to make us breakfast on the last day even though we needed to depart at 6:30 am. Also the breakfasts served during our stay was the most delicious food we had tried during our whole stay in Nicaragua and we were looking forward to our breakfast every day. This is definitely the place to stay at Big Corn Island!

“The best place to stay on the island!”
Perfect place with perfect location. Just in front of the beach. Few minutes walk to the town. Amazing breakfast Super host Georgia! Nice, helpful and always answered and gave us all the info we needed. Everything was super clean. Good internet. I just can recommend it 1000%. We even stayed longer than we booked at the beginning! The best place to stay on the Island!
