Overview

Decline in Service Quality: I have noticed a decrease in the quality of services offered by the hotel recently. A notable example is the reduction in the volume of water bottles provided daily in the rooms, from 0.5L to 0.33L. Room Maintenance and Restocking of Consumables: The housekeeping staff seems to pay insufficient attention to essential bathroom details. For instance, for two consecutive days, toilet paper was not replenished, causing significant discomfort. These aspects indicate the need for a review of maintenance procedures and attention to detail to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. There are problems with the room's lighting: after operating for a while, the light starts to flicker, which is very disturbing to the eyes. It needs to be turned off and left off for a while, after which it works correctly for a period, but the problem repeats. It's impossible to work on a laptop or perform desk work due to this issue.

Modern, comfortable and clean hotel at convenient location with free parking. Staff is friendly, english speaking. They gave us top floor rooms. Exactly what we needed for our one night pass by. Recommend this place to stay in Corlu. Restaurant is also good but missing many items from the menu, ask what they have before you decide what to order.

“Excellent”
Highly recommended! The hotel is very well located, offering easy access to the main attractions in the area. The rooms are clean, and the staff is extremely polite and always willing to help with any problem you may have. Additionally, parking spaces are provided right in front of the hotel, which is a great advantage for those traveling by car.

The hotel is clean and modern check in was quick, the receptionist used a translator he was very helpful. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and opposite 3 shopping malls!

This new hotel is very convenient for a shoping trip in Corlu. The rooms are enough wide and very clean. The restaurant to the hotel is amazing with many different kind of dishes and in regard to the common athmosphere, The hotel propose as well the parking place, which is very important for the drivers. I could propose this very good hotel to all the tourists, which would like to find good and convenient place about their sojourn in Corlu.

“Incredible value and excellent location.”
It was a very good value. Nice and clean and the location was perfect for what we needed to do during our trip. As always, the Turkish hospitality is quite wonderful.
