“Terrible accomidatio... avoid booking and being disappointed like us.”

Nothing really. We never got the room we booked, we're never noticed ahead of time that we were going to be put into an ugly room with no windows, and yet we're charged ( the payment had gone through before we arrived) for the room we had booked... a large suite with a balcony.

It was clean and the kitchen was nicely equipped.

Well, in this price-cathegory already an own room is a bargain. A basic room with bunk-bed. I was here in February and weather not so warm, but there was a heater and warm blankets. Common kitchen and bathroom were faultless and view from balkony beautiful. Communication went very well. Lady who came to open door was very friendly and somehow we got to understand the basics with each other :) Location as good as it gets.

I really appreciate great location close to the main square where you can easily find a parking place. The best is fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils.

“Not good due to wifi not working!”

The wifi was not working! The staff tried to claim it was my phone that was the problem but my phone had no problems connecting elsewhere. Also, another guest confirmed she could not connect. It was a big problem for me as I needed wifi to work!

Good encounters with the other customers, facilities are really pleasant thanks to the huge balcony, and fully equipped kitchen. Everything was clean.

I booked the budget room with the bunk beds and no windows. But considering the price nothing to complain about. A minimalistic room to sleep in. Available upstairs is a well equipped kitchen and a very nice terrace to unwind. Because i left early i did not go for the simple breakfast at the shop. But they provided me with a pre packaged breakfast just the same.

This is difficult because Chiara di Lune had a problem( water in the building) and sent me a message to go somewhere else. So I cannot really rate Chiara di Lune, as i never saw it. While the alternative, Chiaraa di Bia, was OK it wasn't quite what I wanted. For instance, casa di lune has cooking facilities but Casa di Bia doesn't. I am grateful to Chiara di Luna for finding me somewhere to stay at such short notice.

Stayed for two nights after walking from Saint Cristina Gella. Hot shower and laundry facility brightened up was a trying day on the walk.

Very nice hostess. Spacious house with all amenities. Breakfast in a nice shop was a nice change.

I really liked the accommodation. The staff is pleasant and responds to all questions and wishes. There is a market, a restaurant nearby and it is well connected to the center

We had a one night stay on our Magna Via Francigena way. Great location, lovely common area, with the kitchen, place to clean shoes/wash clothes. Clean and nice place to stay. Highly recommended.
