Very friendly and helpful hostess, amazing quirky venue all in medieval style, comfortable bed, good heating system, modern high quality shower and bathroom fittings, good breakfast, location perfect for exploring town, free parking 50m away by arrangement with hostess.

The room was really big with a high bed that you would almost need a ladder. Ĺocation is perfect just inside the old town. Parking near the gate is perfect and hotel will give a plaque, so it is free of charge. You are already almost at the top so there is no long uphill to reach the interesting parts of town. There is not that much choice for breakfast, but nevertheless it is good.and the bread served was the best we have had on our stay so far in France. And important to mention is the friendliness of the lady running the hotel

Excellent location, the owners were very kind and helpful. The room (for 3) was spacious and new shower on the bathroom. Staying there was like to be back on time with modern facilities in the room.

As somewhere from which to explore one of the most complete C14 towns in France, this would be hard to beat. In addition, the pain au chocolat and croisson this morning were the best I've had for a long time.

Well positioned hotel /Chambre d'hote by town gate. Breakfast fresh but had to be pre-choosen due to COVID restrictions. Massive room, suitable for a family. Lovely staff. Restaurant was not open on day of stay, but others are available in the main season within walking distance.
