the food is fantastic the tennis courts are clay - well maintained and a great bonus. Gym has a decent equipment - very good for a holiday gym, not busy. A lot of entertainment, day and night. The house reef is amazing, good for snorkelling.

“First hotel ever - we will go back to !”

We stayed at Steigenberger Coraya Beach Resort as two couples in early and late 30s, and it was honestly one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Before booking, we read many reviews as we were looking for an adult friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We were choosing between Coraya and its sister hotel Alaya, and we’re so glad we chose Coraya, it was absolutely the right decision. The location is perfect, just 10–15 minutes from the airport. The welcome was warm and efficient, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, slightly dated but full of charm. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning gardens that make it feel truly exotic. Food was another highlight. There was so much variety at every meal. Breakfast alone offered everything you could think of, fresh omelettes, poached eggs, Greek yogurt with toppings like pistachios, peanut butter, honey, fruits, pancakes, waffles, and more. Lunch and dinner were just as impressive, with plenty of vegetarian options and even some gluten free desserts. The live cooking stations were excellent, and overall, it was very easy to find something delicious at every meal. The drinks were also great, our personal favourite was the spiced gin and tonic, served with real spices. That quickly became our signature holiday drink. What truly stood out was the service. Every single member of staff went above and beyond, from housekeeping to the restaurant teams, beach bar staff, and even drink service on the beach. The level of care and attention was exceptional and made the whole experience feel effortless. The beach is beautiful, with shallow, easy access to the sea. There’s also a fantastic reef right by the hotel, perfect for snorkeling or diving, you don’t need to go anywhere else to enjoy marine life. Evening entertainment was very good, especially the singer Lachy. We usually don’t return to the same place twice, but this is the exception. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

We had a magical week at Coraya Beach Hotel. The hotel and grounds are stunning, beautifully maintained, and the beach is amazing, with incredible snorkelling right from the hotel. The food was delicious and there were plenty of great facilities, including ping pong, tennis, and squash. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the outstanding level of service — every member of staff was friendly, smiling, and incredibly attentive, from the restaurant to the bar, beach, and laundry service. The hotel also organised fun activities throughout the week, with a special highlight being Łachy, an amazing singer who performed several times and got everyone dancing. A truly wonderful stay.

We have been to other resorts in Red Sea, this is the best resort we have ever stayed. They really go out out their way for their guests to feel looked after and have a relaxed time. Staffs are amazing. And steam room, sauna is a huge plus as well. A few places you can explore for 🤿 from the piers. We saw dolphins 🐬 as well:) many variety of fishes and corals

The hotel was perfect in almost every way. Location on Coraya Bay was perfect for swimming and snorkelling (saw turtles, octopus, eel, rays, and lots and lots of colorful fish), great service (all the staff super friendly and attentive), great facilities (beach, plenty of sunning beds, chairs, pools). The 2km coastal path around the bay is great for running/walking.

“Fantastic experience”

This hotel has exceeded my expactations in many aspects! Firstly, the room: Hossam was a great room boy. We also appreciate how our request for slightly different view was dealt with by the reception, we've got the room with a really great sea view. Secondly, the food - absolutely outstanding, with huge variety of options and great quality. Thirdly, the pool area where we spent most of our time, with great service and no battle for sunbeds (what a change in comparison to other hotels). Fourthly, the animition - we had really fun at the concerts in the evening. And last but not least, we felt totally safe, also as regards sanitary issues. Literally everone was so kind to us.

The atmosphere in the hotel was calm with a feeling of luxury. Entertainment on nightly ranging from lively to stringed musicians, non of this impacted on the peace of the accommodation. Close to the beach/ reef with opportunities for snorkelling for all ages. Food was great unfortunately we were unable to try the food in the Bedouin tent as it is only available on Wednesdays, also you need to book in advance for sampling restaurants in sister hotels. Service faultless everywhere! We loved this hotel!

Beautiful bay and pool views, delicious food variety, and exceptionally friendly and hospitable staff who made sure we felt happy and comfortable. The place is also nearby great snorkeling/diving spots like Abu Dabbab.

We loved the beauty of the architecture and grounds, the great Coraya Bay beach for swimming, and the comfortable enclosures for lounging. The superb and friendly service everywhere was a real treat. Mina very graciously moved us to a top floor and our room with its balcony were comfortable and just right. Filtered water in glass bottles was supplied along with a fruit plate and trays of welcome snacks. So nice! We enjoyed the lavish buffets for breakfast and dinner and will include lunch next time. Candle lit evenings by the mosaic pool with its gently splashing jets were lovely. Fine entertainers. It goes without saying that the over-16 policy and the dress code contribute to a civilized experience. Everything is done so thoughtfully and so well.

It is in the details of this hotel: the beach towels are available in the room, in the evening you get fresh ones and you just give the used one to the room service guy. At the beach restaurant you get a fresh little towel (which has a nice smell) to refresh yourself. The staff is very friendly and they feel like a family amongst eachother, as a guest you feel this positive vibe too. The pastry is gooooooooood. OMG... really good! And then at the beach there is a beautiful reef where you can snorkel, we saw turtles several times. They do their best to protect it and you can see that underwater.

“Unforgettable Stay at Steigenberger Coraya Beach”

I stayed with my family in two Deluxe Sea View rooms (1207 & 1208) from 21–28 August, on our first visit to Marsa Alam. The destination is perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, unspoiled nature, and exciting marine or safari activities. Our stay at the Steigenberger Coraya Beach Hotel was an excellent choice for me and my family, especially since it was our first time at an Adults Only (18+) hotel. The experience was wonderful for anyone looking for peace and relaxation. Every evening there are enjoyable theatre shows for about half an hour, as well as lively poolside parties, and if your stay includes a Wednesday, you will enjoy a fantastic Bedouin Night with a delicious Mandi dinner and traditional Bedouin shows that add a magical touch to the atmosphere. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their refined manners and elegant service. In particular: Mr. Bahgat Abdelhamid for his professionalism, and constant presence to ensure guests’ comfort, always attentive and quick to resolve any remark. Reception team (Mr. Mina and Mr. Ahmed) for their kindness and responsiveness. Of course, my gratitude goes to every member of the team without exception. It was truly an unforgettable stay, and I look forward to coming back again!
