“Bad experience, overcharges and no refunds.”
I expected something professional from the manager. They charged me twice: card and cash. And they won't give me a refund. The mistake was made by the receptionist PGoodm who works nights. He charged me twice and also said I needed to dispute it with my credit card. My credit card showed me that the only mistake was made by the hotel.

“This was my stay number two, will probably stay here again next year.”
The hot breakfast was great. I had cranberry juice, scrambled eggs, oatmeal with dried cranberries in it. Waffles were available, but I don't think that batter was gluten free. I left it alone. The room was good size. I brought my cooler in, put my ice pack in the little freezer compartment of the refrigerator and put my almond silk and leftovers from supper in the refrigerator part. They were ready to go in the morning. I slept well in the bed.

“Could stay here again if in the area.”
Scrambled eggs were ok, probably in warmer for a while. Not many people in facility for the night, so not many eating early breakfast. Handicap room was great. Bed was comfortable.

“Good Choice.”
Hotel conveniently positioned just off i80. No traffic noise in room. Hotel was clean and tidy We had King bed room which was spacious and nicely furnished which included a posh work desk chair and an easy arm chair. Room also had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Sadly no tea bags, so if you're a tea drinker like me, remember to bring your own. Bed was comfortable AC was quiet. Bathroom was average size. Had a good fixed shower over bath. There were hand hold rails, which are appreciated when you get older. There were nice white towels. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold items. I would certainly stay here again if ever in the area.
