“We lovrvto stay there, but you need to address my comments.”
They need to put instructions for the heating/cooling system in the rooms! And REPLACE SHOWER FAUCETS! (THE ON/OFF HANDLES) ARE AWFUL!

“Less than satisfied with Fairfield Inn.”
At check-in, the associate gave wrong instructions to my room and didn’t listen very well to my spelling of last name. Didn’t smile and didn’t seem happy. Also, hallway carpet had several stains outside my room. Shower wasn’t completely clean, and had stains on the shower floor.
