We loved staying at Nikki & Tim’s villa. Wow is all I can say! They were both very welcoming on arrival and everything exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do this place justice, every single detail has been thought of. The Villa is spotless, and has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Location wise is perfect, within walking distance to everything but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The pool was a fabulous feature which we spent most of our time in! I would most definitely recommend this villa when visiting Coral Bay without hesitation. Thank you so much for an amazing Holiday!

Great stay and lovely accommodation and the observations below are only because of having the 1yr old! Nikki and Tim were lovely and attended very quickly when the "single" door key (would have been handy to have a second key when 6 people are staying in the property) was locked inside the house, they also gave me a lift Paphos to catch up with the rest of the family. Can't fault them!

From the very first contact with the hosts Nikki and Tim we knew that we were in for a memorable experience, and that was exactly what we got. They are the perfect hosts, and Villa Elaia is to die for. It is a beautiful detached villa approximately two hundred yards from a gorgeous sandy beach, with a supermarket just around the corner, and a bar approximately two hundred yards away. The villa itself is in a quiet residential street, it has air conditioning in each bedroom and the living area, with a a spacious living area and kitchen Villa Elaia is even better than the photos used to advertise it. It is beautifully furnished, spacious, light and very well equipped. To have a private pool in a natural sun trap which catches the the heat all day, but cleverly uses the shade provided by two large olive trees is a real bonus. The trees are shaped to ensure this little oasis of calm remains just perfect. The pool is just the right size to cool off in,and to get out of the sun, a covered outdoor dining area and barbecue complete the package, It is perfect, and both my wife and I would return in a heart beat if the opportunity arose. Perfect hosts, perfect accommodation, perfect location all adds up to a perfect holiday, and that is what we had!!
