“Highly recommend”

We have been to coral bay 4 times and this was by far the best villa we have ever stayed in. The location is excellent, 5 mins to the main strip but far enough away that it’s not noisy. very clean and has everything you need. The added water in the fridge, tea and coffee and shower gels, shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms was an added bonus. The beds are comfortable and plenty of bedding in the cupboards. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made life with 3 teenagers easier. We will 100% be booking again. The pool is a lovely size and not too deep.

The villa is amazing inside & out. All bedrooms so spacious with en-suites and the little extra’s of shampoo, conditioner & shower gel very much appreciated. Also the little extras in fridge & cupboard upon arrival much appreciated. The host Shawn was superb, always quick to respond and so very helpful ⭐️ we had a late flight and he let us have a very late check out, so very kind of him. We all loved our stay at this amazing villa (family of 5) and we were very sad to leave. It is in a lovely area so peaceful but not far at all to the restaurants, shops, supermarkets and beach. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you Shawn we had the bestest time ⭐️.

“Lovely Villa In A Great Location”

Spacious Villa in a great location, 3 double rooms all with own bathrooms. Keys left in a lock box so easy access when we arrived and Shawn was very responsive when we had any questions. A short walk to restaurants/bars & beach so the Villa is ideal for staying in Coral Beach

“Excellent off-season stay in Coral Bay, Cyprus”

Large bedrooms with plenty of linens and blankets and comfortable beds. Large kitchen with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. Large living room with plenty of space. Windows allow a lot of light in. Walking distance to the main strip = great location for Coral Bay area. Entry key is easy to get. Parking is excellence. Lemon trees in the garden for making lemon water in the morning. The host is very responsive, even during the X-mas break.

Very clean, easy access to bars and restaurants, very nice pool and grounds, large double bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The host was very responsive and let us have a late checkout.

“Perfect”

This villa is faultless. We are very used to the Coral Bay Area with family living here, and the location of the villa is just perfect. Seamless entry. We arrived around midnight with no issues. There were the little amenities such as hand soaps, shower gels, washing up liquid, bin bags, water in the fridge, and much more. These are very handy when shops are closed on a late arrival. It is a typical Cypriot type modern villa which is exactly what we wanted. The pool area is beautiful. Shawn would reply to messages quickly and was very kind to allow us a late check out for our evening flight home. We got married while we on this stay in Cyprus so all the more special! Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Very spacious Villa, good location for both the restaurants, shops and beach. 3 en-suite bathrooms, ideal for families. Car port keeps the car out of the sun. Kitchen well equipped.

The villa was absolutely amazing!! It was like home. from home. The extras were much welcomed too e.g. shampoo, conditioner, etc. We would return and recommend to friends and family. Clean, well laid out and in great location, five minutes walk away from the Coral Bay strip. the pool area was ideal with plenty of beds, etc. three bathrooms all en-suite was a bonus too.

Great location near to beaches and restaurants and pubs but still really quiet and relaxing.

Very well equipped, has everything in the kitchen, utensils, foil, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid. It even had shower gel and shampoo in all bathrooms. Great location-10 min to the philipos supermarket and same to the beach. Nice an quiet.
