It was very quiet and very clean. My only tiny complaint would be the bed was incredibly firm, bordering on hard. Otherwise, simple, easy to get to, and in a nice part of town.

“Stay at a house in Coquitlam, not a guesthouse”
The location is very good, with many restaurants nearby. The room temperature control was a good thing to have. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were great, as well as the body wash provided.

Excellent place to take a walk around . It is peaceful and quite near the guest house. It is very convenient to move because parking lot is located just in front of gate.

We used a private room, bathroom, and kitchen so it was very comfortable to stay there. The owners were also welcoming us and quiet, so everything was perfect for overnights.

“Not very nice, honesty.”
Not much. Room needs a TV. There was no plug for the bath tub. Bed only had a comfortor. No 2nd shee or blanket.. Found someone's dirty laundry under the bed. Bathtub was disgustingly dirty.

Jenny is very caring and attentive, house is beautiful, rec center is a block away, BestbDoughnuts nearby at Doughnut 🍩 love, shopping and convenience stores very close. Parka all around the area
