“As a solo traveler I always feel very safe and at ease here and it is so handy for the tunnel.”
I have stayed here many times as it is so convenient for the tunnel, the staff are always very friendly, helpful and efficient and the restaurant is very good. This was my first time in the new part and it was actually even quieter than the in the original building.

At 1am in the morning I had two gentlemen standing in my room....after they realized that I was awake really quick one of the guys asked me, if this is my room....after responding they closed the door. First time in 28 years, that I also looked the door from inside. maybe it was just a incident but still not feels right. The rest of the night was not good at all.

“A useful location for the Dover ferry”
The location is great for the Dover ferry and Eurotunnel and has Tesla superchargers in the car park - very convenient. The breakfast was reasonable and generous.

“Excellent hotel and I will be staying there again.”
The hotel was excellent. I had the evening meal in the restaurant. It far exceeded what I expected and cost 25 euros for 3 courses. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no charges for using EVs. The breakfast was also excellent value.
