Property is located just a few minutes drive from Conversano & 20 minute drive from Polignano a mare. Francesco is the owner who welcomed us with a glass of Aperol and some nibbles. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served on the terrace in the garden. You are provided with a selection of food to decide and then that's your breakfast each day. All food freshly prepared & excellent quality. Francesco very helpful with places to visit & restaurant recommendations. If you don't want to stay in Polignano I highly recommend this property.

“Perfect base for discovering Puglia”

Francesco was so welcoming and helpful, he couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a good stay. Such a kind man! The property was about 15 minutes from Polignano a Mare, 20 minutes from Monopoli, and 30-40 minutes to Alberobello and Locorotondro. So a great base to explore, especially as we wanted to stay in the peaceful countryside rather than a busy town. The property is typical Italian, so no bells and whistles, which is exactly what we wanted.

“A welcoming home away from home”

We’d hope this place would live up to the great reviews and it did. Francesco was so welcoming and it felt like a home away from home. We got greeted with a glass of non alcoholic Aperol spritz and some nibbles. We chose the time and items we’d like for breakfast each day and then was shown to our room. It was a great size and very comfortable. It was nice to have the pool to come back to after a long day. Francesco has some great recommendations for places to visit and made dinner reservations for us. We even got a bottle of his wine to take home with us!

Terra Terra was truly the most memorable stay we’ve ever had together as a family. We can’t thank Francesco, Stella and their team enough for the wonderful time there. From the freshly made and served breakfast and organic foods, thoughtful design of the interiors and exterior and the peacefulness of the location - this stay left our family with a lasting impression and special memories that we’ll cherish! Most of all, it was the warm Pugliese hospitality that made us feel like we were family visiting. There will be no other place we’ll be staying at when we return to Apulia. Everything! We really enjoyed our stay - Francesco was great, he and his family really do a great job of making you feel welcome, the hospitality was amazing. The place is beautiful and very close to the main towns that you would want to visit (easier if you have a car). I highly recommend staying here!

Everything was perfect! Our host (Francesco) was very nice and helpful (tips for visits, stays and restaurants). The room was perfect, the pool area very nice and the breakfast was simply fantastic!! Definately a place to go and a great place to visit Monopoli, Coversano and Polognano a Mare.

The only downside to this stay was that we had to come home! Francesco and his family were so unbelievably lovely, he gave some wonderful recommendations for places to visit and eat, as well as making bookings for us. The breakfast was delicious, the location is beautiful and peaceful, I can't wait to visit again. Francesco was also so helpful, as our car rental fell through and he was able to help us get this sorted, it honestly was one of our favourite stays ever and we can't recommend Terra Terra enough.

The garden is a small piece of heaven and the Minunni family is just incredible. The whole stay it felt as if we were part of the family. From curated breakfast, to giving us recommendations of the area, arranging activities, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time while visiting Puglia. This was the absolute highlight of our trip to Puglia! I have no words to describe Francesco and Stella's hospitality starting off with a great welcoming with drinks and apperitivo. They made us feel a part of their family with endless recommendations for restaurants and things to do and they really cared about our overall experience in Puglia, organizing cooking classes and things to do for us even when we continued our road trip. The Masseria was a unique place to relax in the Italian countryside with beautiful gardens, swimming pool and very nice rooms. The breakfast was very rich, delicious and Francesco was so attentive to everyone's (6 persons) personal food preferences. We will definitely be back. Ps. We also did our engagement photo shoot at the venue and it was the perfect place.
