I stayed here for one night and it was a lovely little B&B! Room was modern but still had a rustic feel due to it being an old building, everything was clean and it had everything I would need for a short stay. Conversano is a small town so the location was perfect, right near the Monastery and Castle. The host was also very responsive and helpful - would definitely recommend if you are in Conversano :)

Wonderful location, close to the restaurants and cafes of Conversano. Thank you to Michele, the communication was 10/10. We really enjoyed Verso, a cafe where you can have your breakfast with the vouchers received from Casa Badia. Pizzeria Terrarossa was excellent also. Good atmosphere and fine service. The room itself was fine for us. Spacious with a small balcony that offered a nice view and a small fridge to keep your beers cold. A great stay at Casa Badia, I would recommend it to anyone making a stop in Conversano.

“Quaint B&B in the heart of an old city”

Very easy to get to in the town and convenient to base ourselves here for day trips along the coast. Our hosts gave us great local recommendations and breakfast was yum!

Absolutely everything was amazing, from the super clean, most elegant room I’ve ever stayed in to the contact with the host Daniele. I would come back to Italy just to stay at this place again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Badia on the 3rd floor. We absolutely loved the location, the great comfort and cleanliness of the room and the view from our balcony. The breakfast cappuccino/ coffee, croissant and orange juice at Verso was also great and tasty, fabulous service by Angela. We used beautiful Conversano as a base to visit Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello and Ostuni. If you are driving, it’s really easy to park for free 7 minutes away without disturbing anyone in the local neighbourhood.

Everything was perfect. The location, the terrace, and the room, very clean and very nicely and usefully furnished. The room was large, spacious, bright, and we benefited from all the facilities.

“Stay at Casa Badia”

We stayed on the first floor in a beautiful room that was very spacious with a pretty exposed stone wall. Additionally, there is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located in the heart of the town, this B&B is a stone's throw away from everything Conversano has to offer, which is a beautiful vibrant town's square with delicious restaurants (recommendation for delicious pasta: Il Giullare, just a 2 minute walk away). On the flip side, this also means being kept awake by festivals and big bands, next to being woken up very early by public workers sweeping the streets clean and the church bells that ring every half hour. So to say, the sound isolation is not the best, but that is completely equaled out by the incredible view from the balcony, big enough for two chairs, with a view of the old church tower that we couldn't get enough of. As far as breakfast goes, Casa Badia partners with two cafés/restaurants, of which especially Verso surprised us pleasantly. For the bigger eaters, do take into account that breakfast only includes one croissant, next to a coffee (or tea) and an orange juice. Conversano is on itself already a very pretty place, but for the sea views Polignano a Mare is only a 15 minute drive away. You can park for free at the train station and from there it's just a 10 minute walk to the famous bridge and the historical center. Although busy, Polignano is a perfect mix of panoramic views, old churches and loads of options for both shopping and eating. You can also go swimming at the well-known (stone) beach, swimming shoes are advised. Polignano a Mare was truly one of the most beautiful towns we have ever seen and a big recommendation. As far as parking by the B&B goes, there is no facility to park at the stay itself.

“Casa Badia Easter 2024”

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for easy travel around the area. Our host Daniele replied very promptly to any requests. I would definitely recommend this Bed and Breakfast....Our host even gave us a bottle of the local vino !

The owner was really helpful with lots of great recommendations, we went in February and it was lovely and quiet, breakfast was classic Italian with a choice of breakfast pastries 🥐 coffee and fresh OJ the perfect way to start the day, the parking is a short walk and was no issue at all during February. Would definitely stay again.
