“A wonderful family-owned guesthouse, local & authentic”

The owners are very kind people and it's a great atmosphere. A simple place, with everything in order. The room was clean and spacious, rustic looking. The breakfast that comes is a classic toast with tomato but you can order a tasty tortilla extra. Staying in Consuegra, and travelling by car - a no brainer if you want a decent, local place with no crazy luxuries but everything comfortable. It would've been fun to stay some more eves there to enjoy the bar atmosphere downstairs (the inn vibe!) but we had to make our way down South.

I love the simplicity of the rooms, all the stone and wood was so soothing. It was the closest I have ever come to the experience of being in an old-inn with rooms upstairs and a pub downstairs.

Good standard facilities for the price. Easy to find. We went on a motorcycle and had on street parking. Only slight problem was the bar closed at 4pm so had to look elsewhere for food.

I booked on booking .com said check-in from 12 till 12 got there at 1ppm all locked up rang the number got abuse basically so then had to sleep in my car and they still took the money

Very Spanish feel to it , it was a comfortable bed and air conditioning available. En-suite nice ; Very good value for money

We booked this hotel to take a break driving from the north of Spain to the south, attracted by the town's association with the windmills from the Don Quixote novel. The hotel was basic, clean, great shower, friendly host - everything you need for a one night stay. Bathroom and bedroom were both spacious.

Was on a solo motorcycle tour I usually camp but it was getting late and I managed to find this place I was a bit worried at the time but it was excellent I would definitely use again

Nice rustic bar where tapas and small breakfast is served. Room is spacious and clean. Perfect stopover when travelling south. Wide area is a heaven for keen bird watchers.

Was travelling from France to Malaga, wanted something a little different to the usual motel/motorway stopovers and was not disappointed... The whole place was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Location is a rural village approx 2l5 mins off the main road, quiet when I stayed but the it was early Nov and out of season, may be different during summer. Room could not be faulted and was a total contrast to the aforementioned motels. Really really happy, will definitely stay again.

The inability of the owners to send a receipt for my stay, despite requesting it THREE times in Spanish.... plus Booking.con asking for 1. NOT at all good. Don't stay here
