“A gorgeous place in the middle of nature.”
We stayed in the suite .It was spacious and very well appointed. The balcony overlooks the river , a great spot to sit and take in the beautiful scenery.The bath was huge . A really lovely room. Parking was easy.

“Stunning small hotel - luxury with style”
Totally gorgeous property just outside Conques. Had 2 nights and a rest day there from walking the GR65. Very comfortable room with all facilities - even a coffee machine! We had 2 dinners there and the food was outstanding.

The hotel is sited in an old mill building, well refurbished and charming, side to a stream, a beautiful place. The bedroom is very modern and comfortable, with all amenities. The hotel hosts a high quality restaurant, that is an attraction by itself (I recommend to stay there because of a dinner, more than because of Conques). Thomas was very flexible in adapt our menu for our meal restrictions, and the result was wonderful, a must experience.

Some of the fittings suffered from style over substance - not enough chairs in the room and too low chairs in the dining room being examples

“Fantastic stay at Moulin de Cambelong”
Great stay, very charming hotel, surrounded by nature, close to one of the most beautiful villages in France (Conques-en-Rouergue). The restaurant is just fantastic. The cuisine from Emilie and Thomas deserves the honors by the quality and freshness of the ingredients, the creativity, the presentation of the plates. We just loved it !!! The staff was extremely kind. I highly recommend this place.
