The house was wonderful. Large and beautiful rooms. So nicely decorated. And the couple hosting could not have been nicer. They made our stay there SO special. Will absolutely try to come back with friends for a longer stay.

Fantastic welcome from Martin and Dale. Beautifully renovated property keeps many of the original features. Each guest room is individually designed with a champagne theme. Hosts are very attentive to guests' needs and made good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing opportunities in the local area. Particularly liked the morrocan themed courtyard and their evening sound and light show. Breakfast was well presented and served on the upstairs terrace.

“Unique and wonderful”
An extraordinary and unique property. Dale and Martin have created something not quite "authentically French" in this quintessentially French town, but a property rooted in French tradition and turned it into their own. They feel like a pair of stylists on steroids and made a warm, surprising, striking property with a terribly friendly welcome. Thanks for the grand piano, guys!

The hosts are by far the greatest part of this beautiful of this hotel, dale & martin went above and beyond to ensure we had the most perfect stay, breakfast was just amazing fresh produce made every morning! Location excellent for the town and very quiet too. The unique interior creates a very classy boutique hotel with a relaxed, luxurious, creating a welcoming feel. The courtyard garden with the plunge pool is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Also having a projection of media onto the wall changes the ambience taking it up a level in the evening. Fabulous welcoming owners - Dale & Martin who renovated the property. They also create fabulous breakfasts too. Parking was close by in the street or in the square.

The Champagne House deserves a 5 star rating in every sense! It is a wonderful and very special place to stay right in the heart of beautiful Condom. The moment you step into the elegant house you know you are staying somewhere very special - the delightful owners, Dale and Martin are incredibly attentive, from serving welcome bubbles on arrival to preparing sumptuous breakfasts (better than the Ritz, London)! This lovingly restored four story house is full of history, chateau chic charm and warmth - an amazing experience during our stay in Le Gers and highly recommended!
