“A wonderful place to relax.”

I think I would stay here just for the bed - heavenly, like crawling into a nest. The room was great - part medieval, part modern (we had an arrow slot in our bathroom to defend from marauders :) and you could close out all the light if that's how you like to sleep (like me) or have the windows open to the quiet countryside and listen to the birds. The rest of the castle/guest house was nicely restored as well and the grounds and pool made for a wonderful escape to the country. It's more of a guest house than a hotel or B&B - a very nice breakfast buffet is provided but there are no staff in the hotel overnight (though the owner lives on the property nearby) and you have to drive for lunches or dinners. Highly recommended nonetheless!

Fabulously remodeled old castle. All 7 rooms are gigantic, modern and very comfortable with large bathrooms, comfy beds, mini-bars.... everything you could need. The grounds are also beautiful although they would benefit from some thorough pruning.... sorry, I'm a gardener. Your map will give you the wrong entrance..... it will send you to the north gate. So literally back up, go around the property and find the south gate.

Beautiful building, tastefully modernised with all latest tech. Superbly appointed room, generous size, comfortable bed. Heated pool is great. Host 5 star! Excellent location near to Condom which has some great restaurants.

The treehouse and Château were wonderful.

I was shocked when I arrived, I didn’t expect the castle would be that big! The family gave us a warm welcome with a drink and a snack. Beside this our stay was really great! The breakfast was good, also the facilities like swimming pool, the service and a lot more.. This is going to be a yearly family holiday for me and the family! Thank you to the family!

Thé Château was beautifully decorated, in a gorgeous setting a perfect place to spend some time. It has a pool and lovely pool with plenty of seating and shade if required, it was very hot when we were there. The bedroom we stayed in was extremely comfortable with very welcoming air conditioning

it’s a very relax 2 nights luxury stay in the castle with modern facilities and beautiful country view. Our host is very friendly and helpful. He offered to pick us at Condom town centre and gave us a ride to the next village to continue with our Camino walk. We will definitely come back should we have the opportunity. Come and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this superb environment.

This place is just magic. It's right out in the middle Of nowhere so a car is recommended but we didn't have one- however the lovely owner dropped us off and picked us up from the local town. The first example of them going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The castle itself has a fascinating history and the views are beautiful. Air con an absolute blessing in the heat. We cannot wait to go back! It was idyllic and peaceful.

The property is finished to an outstanding quality. Every comfort was catered for in an elegant and luxurious manner. The owners treated us like personal guests in their home yet also offered the discreet unobtrusive service of a top class hotel. The treehouses were complete luxury as well as a unique experience.

The building is beautiful and has so much interesting history that the staff are happy to tell you about on the free tour. Walking around the halls and staircases is an experience in itself! The rooms are immaculate and modern with thoughtful inclusions such as wireless charging pads by the beds and slide down TVs. The beds are so comfortable, we had to ask where they got them from! The garden and woods are full of colour and life. Breakfast was a little pricey but good quality with a lot of choice and fresh items.

One of the most luxurious accommodations ive stayed at set in beautiful Gers .... Absolutely stunning renovated chateau run by the kindest hosts - Lati, Yves and Iris. We especially loved the pool and our daily fresh breakfasts. Thank you all for making my partner and I feel welcomed at Chateau Fousserie, we cant wait to get back!

“A warm welcome, fabulous setting, a superb experience.”

The owners have done an utterly beautiful job to the chateau. A former castle, it has been brought to life sympathetically. Everything is excellent quality and the owner’s passion is evident. Breakfast was superb, taken in the grand hall with a stunning setting. Views from the windows (or arrow slits!) are fabulous. The grounds are peaceful, the welcome very warm and as a base to explore the region/ fabulous. The room we stayed in was huge and very well equipped - TV, a/c - coffee machine etc but also really good lighting. The bathroom was also large with lovely design touches (modern twists in an ancient setting) that the French seem to do so well. We will be back in the future, it was that good.
