Mrs Trinh could not have been more helpful. She made great suggestions about places to go in Con Dao and beyond, even to the point of booking ferry tickets for me. The k8cation was great and the breakfast was lovely.

The host was super organised and friendly, breakfasts were perfect and electric scooters were organised for us at very fair rates. The host can provide all the information and advice about the island if you need. Our stay was great from start to finish.

Trinh and Hai were super friendly hosts and transformed our experience on Con Dao! The homestay was very clean throughout and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the mornings. Nice quiet location - we walked to the beach on our first day and then had a scooter lesson from Trinh and Hai and they arranged reasonably priced rental which allowed us to explore so much of the island. They gave us really good recommendations and we had a great time!

I would highly recommend staying here! The rooms are extremely clean & comfortable. The hosts were beautiful & we’re happy to help us when needed. On arrival they gave us a sheet which had a list of places to eat, things to do & beaches to visit. We hired scooters from them (no licence needed) & that allowed us to explore the whole island. I would stay here again

“Comfortable, friendly, entertaining and lovely!”

We had a wonderful four nights at Eden House. Room was lovely and bed was very comfortable (but I do like a firm mattress). There is no pool but the beach is about 1km away. We hired an electric scooter for a very modest fee. The roads are excellent and the traffic minimal so it was a perfect place to do it. We were able to get around very easily. You don’t need an international license but aren’t covered by insurance. The food was great and the banana mango smoothie was the best I ever had! The stand out attraction here however are the lovely hard working couple who own the establishment, Trinh and Hai. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Gorgeous people who adore the other main attraction, Mr Lulu. He is an Alsatian corgi cross rescue dog who is much loved and rightly so, and has definitely fallen on his feet! He is very well attired with a different t-shirt every day. He has his own shop and merch should you wish to join his fan club! Obviously news of his good fortune has gotten around and the family has recently been adopted by Mr Munn a pretty feline of indeterminate origins. He and Lulu have “talked” and he has joined the family in recent months. He spends a lot of time luxuriating in the courtyard. I don’t want to mislead you regarding Lulu. His personal space must be respected and he can only be admired from afar. This was challenging but I restrained myself! Come and stay here. It’s great!

Such a lovely hotel. Mrs Trinh and her husband were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely and clean. Mrs Trinh helped organise our pick up and drop off at airport, moped hire, laundry and we had a delicious supper and drinks at the hotel too. We loved meeting LuLu and Moon. What a super stay! And at an amazing price too! Thank you so much.

First and foremost the people running it are lovely, and always available and helpful. Everything works well (air conditioning, WiFi , hot water etc) , and there is an outside seating and a nice cafe. I had breakfast there every morning and it was tasty and healthy. Excellent value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at Eden House, the room was comfortable and clean. Tinh was very helpful and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Plenty of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The breakfasts were really good with plenty of options - I had the yoghurt and fresh fruit everyday and it was delicious. We ate dinner most evenings there and really enjoyed the food. The mackerel was delicious. The homestay is just on the outskirts of the town, so apart from normal Vietnamese life it is fairly quiet, but the town itself was very quiet in March. Easy walking distance to local beaches, about 15 mins but Tinh will organise a electric scooter, which you don't need a driving licence for. Very light traffic on the island so riding the scooters was a pleasure. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Con Dao. Thank you for making our stay so good.

Very friendly owners. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel also has a nice outside area where you can sit. Breakfast was really amazing, we recommend trying it, especially the juices and coconut coffee! The location of the hotel is not in the city center, but they rent out bikes and scooters, so it is very easy to get around. The beach is also close with about 15/20 minutes walk or a short bike ride. Overall a perfect stay in Con Dao! The island is still very natural (hopefully stays that way!!!), and the hotel tried to reduce plastic waste by providing drinking water - we loved it!

Before coming to Vietnam I had doubst if to go to Con Dao or Phu Quoc and if to choose local guesthouse or boutuique hotel. As I’m writing a comment about Eden in Con Dao I guess You know what my choise was and I can tell You if You want to spend Your vacation in clean, calm, local, tasty ambient this is the place to go, but I guess even more important is hospitality of Trinh and Haii who are the shinest stars on the island ! Thank You one more for an exeptional stay , as exceptional as Your coffee and place which You created.

Wonderful peaceful location

This was one of the nicest places I ever stayed at, especially because of the hosts Trinh and Bai. Theyade the stay even better and their hospitality is outstanding! Breakfast was really delicious. It is a short walk to town but you can also rent a scooter for exploring the island, they are great teachers if it's your first time riding. I loved that they try to reduce plastic waste as well. I would really recommend staying here.
