Located right by the beach in a quiet area, although a short drive from town. Breakfast was amazing and hosts were warm and welcoming.

The breakfasts were outstanding...quality, amount, & creative. Lovely covered spot on the upper patio that overlooked the lower garden. Our hosts were friendly, attentive and helpful. They knew & loved the area. The Bay was a beautiful place to end the evening, watching the sun set.

“Total relaxation”
Oh wow, everything was great. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Having our own outdoor entrance was very convenient. The breakfasts were delicious, and it was wonderful sitting out in the gazebo having breakfast and chatting with everyone. Mena and Ken were fantastic hosts. We had some great laughs. Close to the ocean and the beach and so quiet. A short drive in to Comox. Loved our stay here.

“A charming place in a wonderful location.”
Mena and Ken are friendly, kind and lovely. Our little room was cozy and very comfortable (especially the bed). Bathroom was well appointed. Beach towels were available. Cute little table and chairs, fridge, kettle and beverages (hot and cold) were offered. Breakfast are amazing! Location is wonderful! We did venture around but Kye is the nicest beach we visited.

“A great stay at Kye Bay !”
The hosts were very friendly and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The two breakfasts we had were outstanding ! Delicious, homemade and artfully presented. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden and we enjoyed the company of the other guests. The room was nicely appointed and made us feel welcomed. And the sparkling juice and chocolates were a nice touch !

What a great place room and bathroom extremely clean and comfortable. Hosts couldn’t do enough for us going and buying me soya milk to make me a latte at breakfast made my yhogurt with oatmilk, brilliant breakfast both mornings. So friendly and in a brilliant location.

“It was restful, relaxing and rejuvenating!!”
We had a wonderful stay at Kye Bay! The location was perfect. The home has beautiful grounds, with cozy places to relax and just take in nature, and it is within a short walking distance to the ocean, from two directions, one allowing access to a children's playground, the other just the ocean. During our walk we were met by a deer and rabbit, with multiple eagles soaring overhead. Once at the ocean we stood and watched the seals chase and play with one another for an extended period of time. The hosts were amazing. Mena greeted us the first day and we immediately felt at home. The room she provided us was cozy and comfortable, having everything we needed for a relaxing stay. the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, made with much TLC and dietary restrictions taken into account when needed. I highly recommend Kye Bay if you are looking to disconnect from the world and just breathe!
